I would like to thank Matt Noble, Chief Administrative Officer of Merritt for responding to my letter so quickly. I dont think, however, that your response identified the problem that was my concern in the first letter sent on April 19. To further explain my first letter: nobody disputed the fact that bylaws are needed and that someone needs to enforce them.
