Contributed around 71.5 million (7 crore 15 lac) saplings throughout Bangladesh

PROBAHO Water filtration plants for safe drinking water

24 water filtration plants, approximately 125,000 liters of pure drinking water for 62,500 people every day

Support for sustainable agriculture

The Company have 46,000 registered farmers around the country, This year they are distributing 150,000 kgs dhaincha seeds free of cost among their registered farmers and distribution is about to complete

Support for Relief and Rehabilitation

In 2008, BATB offered support to Majher Char village transformation project as a part of British Business Group (BBG) in southern Pirojpur district, which was devastated by cyclone SIDR. In 2009, BATB provided support to the district relief committee for the victims of cyclone Aila in Satkhira district. In 2010, they contributed to Prime Ministers Relief & Welfare Fund to support the distressed families of Dhakas tragic Nimtoli fire victims

Educational Assistance
A number of meritorious children from BATB farmer base are selected each year to receive 500 taka per month for a period of 2 years to enable them to complete their higher secondary education.

Educational Assistance
is a free basic IT education centre. In support of the government's emphasis on IT and in response to stakeholders' expectation. Until 2010, nearly 700 students have been trained in their 4 Dishari centers based in Kushtia, Moulvibazar, Manikganj and Chakaria

Shandhani:Eye donation
BATBs registered farmers are provided health care support from company depots every month. A doctor sits in the depot in a particular day each month so that the registered farmers can come and receive free prescriptions for their health problems.

6 times National Award winner for afforestation programme 1st prize of in 1999 and 2002. Food and Agricultural organization award in 2006 The National Export Trophy Award in 2000 The FAO Award in 1999 The Presidents Award in Agriculture in 1976

RECOMMENDATION
Already have 5 brands of cigarettes, They have to decrease their cigarettes Brands BATB should continue their increasing number of contribution in social activities for upcoming years should make rally, long march, debate etc campaign for antismoking to direct contribute in Government health and education fund.

CONCLUSION
After analysis its is seen that BATB is a responsive company, not responsible therefore they try to use more innovative methods and activities to better their Responsiveness to the environment
