The Forever Delicious products are increasingly becoming popular in the local market. Bearing in mind the 5Cs principles of effective communication, complete the following parts of the proposal to the General Manager, suggesting for the organization to sponsor a reality show on TV. You are advised to include your own additional information whenever necessary.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Forever Delicious is selling beverages fruit juices an d have many products variety. It is increasingly becoming popular in the local market and is able to generate high revenues. However, the companys new target to capture the teenagers market is a new challenge to deal with. Therefore, in order to capture the market, sponsoring the Malaysia Artist is an excellent opportunity. The total cost to sponsor this program will be RM 30, 000 and by executing this program, it will help to gain publicity and act as a first step towards ensuring customer awareness and loyalty.

INTRODUCTION Background

Forever Delicious has been a long-standing homegrown brand, delighting Malaysians of all ages for over 10 years. Our juice has been known to Malaysian as a juice that enriched with vitamins and juicy goodness and suitable for all ages. Therefore, in enlarging our market share by capturing the new target customer which is the teenagers, it is relevant for us to sponsor the program that is close to the teenagers trend which is the recent popular reality show, Malaysian Artist. Based from the Marketing Department studies, it shows that through sponsorship, it could provides a great means of broadening our competitive edge by improving our company's image, prestige and credibility.

Data Sources The data used to create this proposal came from the marketing departments record and research.

Based on those data and marketing researchs survey, it can be indicated that the company needs to further promoting their products to the consumer and increase their brand awareness. Another source of data is from the rating company and customer feedback.

From the data source, it shows that the company is lacking in promotion and advertising campaign. This creates problem because the public may not be well familiar with The Forever Delicious product and goods. Hence, the company will not be able to gain more market share in the food and beverages industry. This cannot lead to profit maximization for the company.

Problems with lack of advertising may affect the company in a negative way. To overcome this problem, The Forever Delicious can help to sponsor a reality show on television. The show is called Malaysian Artist. Our company can help to sponsor the beverages for the contestant that is currently living in the contestants house. By doing this, it helps to gain
publicity and public recognition.

Objective

There are two main objectives of this proposal. The first one is to promote the companys product. By promoting the beverages of the company, it can help to guide the general public into buying our product within the market. At the same time, it can help to build awareness to the public which is therefore effective to reach a wide audience. Another objective of this proposal is to increase the companys revenue. Revenue is often examined more closely than profits when assessing the growth of a business. Investors want to see that a business is able to perpetually generate more sales over time as the company is promoted to an expanding audience. Hence, it is important to ensure great growth in terms of revenue and profit.

Assessment of cost

The proposal is suggesting the company to sponsor the beverages for the contestants and also the souvenir and shirts. Therefore, the total allocation may be RM 30,000. The budget will cover the drinks that we provide for the contestant that cost RM 20,000 for 3 months. Furthermore, the RM 10,000 will be used for the souvenirs like plagues, stationery and tshirts for all 20 contestants.

In targeting a new market segment, the companys need to change a new marketing strategy like sponsoring the reality show. This proposal is an excellence suggestion that can make our promotion strategies is differed with our competitors,. Moreover, we might built more loyal customers while sponsor the reality show. Our company will be benefit from sponsor the reality show and the programs could reduce their budget.. So, we recommend that RM 30000 will be allocated in this promotion program. The cost will not affect our companies profits as others promotions strategies are being reduced like advertisement through newspapers..
