Dayflower Cowl

Needle: 16inch/40cm 5mm circular Yarn: Any fingering/4-ply Yardage depends on length of cowl. Example shown used ~150 yards. This pattern repeats over 17 stitches, so the width of the cowl can be personalised by adding or removing pattern repeats. Example shown has 6 pattern repeats. Loosely cast on 102 [119, 136, 153] stitches. Join two ends together taking care not to twist your stitches. Check you do not have a twist, then check again. Before starting, check once more. Row 1: Knit all stitches. 102 [119, 136, 153] Row 2: Purl all stitches. 102 [119, 136, 153] Repeat rows 1 and 2 a further 6 times (8 rows in total). This is where the pattern starts. I have represented it in words and a chart, so you can choose whichever is easiest for you. You may find it helpful to place stitch markers between the pattern repeats (choose an easily identif iable one for the start of the round).
