Purpose of the Position: To supervise and look after all the cases of Section Officer (General), Section Officer (Schools), Section Officer (Primary), Section Officer (Budget) and Section Officer (Audit) in order to address all the service/admin/accounts matters in timely manners. 3. 4. Job Description: Areas of Responsibilities 1. To deal with all service matters (Recruitment, age relaxation, fixation of seniority and InterProvincial Transfer and Deputation cases, postings, ACR processing, discipline etc) of all employees (BS 1 to 20) of E&SE Department, attached departments (including ministerial staff) and teachers. 2. Appointment and dealing with the service matters of class IV employees of the E&SE Deptt. To supervise, arrange and represent the E&SE Deptt: in the DPC meetings for selection grade and move-over cases of the Teaching / Ministerial staff. % of Time 30% Frequenc y Daily Performance Measurement Standards 1. 3. To supervise and deal with financial matters of the department (budget estimates, purchase of land, stationary and equipment, repairs etc) and budget matters of all the directorates, EDOs/DOs, Boards and semi autonomous/private institutions. 4. To deal with audit of the department (attending DAC/PAC, addressing the audit paras etc) and to conduct the internal audit of the attached departments.
