First let me thank you for download this free report. This short report is going to outline the steps I used to go from part time customer support rep at an insurance agency to full time internet marketer in under 3 months. Before we get started let me tell you briey about myself. Im 23 years old, a single mom, and a former customer service rep at an insurance agency. When the little one was born I knew that even a full time gig as a support rep wouldnt cut it, let alone a part time one. So I had to look for something else. It all started about 9 months ago. I had been researching internet marketing for about 3 years but nothing really stuck. Everything I bought was either an outright scam or needed a large investment to really get started. It was in July of 2012 when that all changed. Whats crazy about my story is that my luck didnt change from buying a course or watching a video. It changed in the very place I was looking to escape - my job! I was sitting in my cubicle listening to my boss try to close a customer on the telephone. The lady called on car insurance but the rate we had was higher than what she was paying so he was having a tough time. He started asking her questions about other types of insurance and found out that she had life insurance, home owners, and also held some sort of business insurance for a company she owned. My boss started crunching some numbers and when he was all done, he packaged the life, home, business and auto into one and saved her around $300 per month. He couldnt close the deal on just the auto but when he packaged them together it was a no-brainer. I dont know why this happened, but when I heard how he did this, lightbulbs went off like crazy. I had heard my boss do this hundreds of times and it worked pretty consistently. But for some reason this time was different. I started thinking of everything I had ever learned about internet marketing and I knew that I could put this tactic to work. That night I went home and threw together some ideas. The next day I went into my boss and asked if he could sit with me for a while and go over a few things I had in mind. My boss was a really cool woman who Id worked with for about 4 years so she had no problem with it. After the ofce closed we sat down and I went over what I thought of. At the end of the meeting, the Product Pirate Business Model was born.

Understand The Prospect

The prospect in the Product Pirate model is the product creator. The niche does not matter. The only thing I look for is someone who is actively selling a product and is building a list outside the product sales. What I mean by this is I want someone who is not only capturing the customers information but also people who do not buy. This is extremely important. I also want vendors who are in the middle of the pack. If Im going to enter the personal development niche, Tony Robbins is not on my radar. Neither is the guy who just read one of Tonys books and decided to rehash it and sell it. I want the vendor who is making quite a few sales but knows that they can make more.
Understand The Need

Show me a vendor that doesnt want to make more sales and Ill show you a liar. Every single person on planet earth who sells something wants more sales - especially in the information business. These people dont have to worry about inventory, shipping (for the most part) or anything else most other sales people need to worry about. They just send trafc to a sales page and make it happen. So all of these people want more sales. The problem is that outside of increasing conversions, they dont know how to get them. They also understand the need for JV partners. But again, the lack of knowledge about the topic leaves them at a disadvantage. As internet marketers we understand trafc generation, JV partnerships, list building, and copywriting to an extent. Go outside of the IM niche and most of these people are relatively clueless.
Your Goal
Find 10 to 15 Vendors Who... Are Collecting Names and Emails Want More Sales
Now seriously, does that seem hard at all? Your right - Its not! Remember, every vendor wants more sales. Most of them are collecting names and emails. All you have to do is contact them.
Contact The Prospect

I get a YES on about 70% of the rst emails that I send. Emails include facebook messages and skype contacts. All you want to do is write them an email (facebook message, skype message) addressing the needs that we already know they have. To give you an idea, a simple email like... Hey (name), I saw your product (name) for sale on (marketplace) and I wanted to talk to you about it quickly. Im putting together a package of the best (niche) products available and I wanted to review your course and see if it would qualify. If it does qualify, your product will be in front of thousands of qualied buyers and your name and product will be out there for a large portion of the niche to see. This package is exclusive to only the BEST products available. If you dont mind, please contact me via email or skype as soon as possible so we can talk. Thanks, Lexi Email Skype Phone -
This is just a quick email I wrote just now but it will work. The exact email I send every day will be available in the complete Product Pirate course that will be available exclusively on the Warrior Forum on Tuesday, March 12 at 12PM eastern. Youll get an email telling you when the cart opens. The one thing Id change in this email (and this is up to you) is the phone number at the end. Remember, I come from a customer service background. I have no problem talking on the phone with these people. Most people get freaked out at that kind of thing. If thats you, just take it out. I can tell you that maybe 1 in 10 call me. Most of the time everything is done through some form of text (facebook messages, skype messages, email).
Become The Vendor

This is where you completely take over any niche you want in a matter of days. It doesnt even matter if you know nothing about the niche. You arent creating anything at all. You are simply a behind the scenes middleman. We collected 15 vendors who meet our criteria. We then emailed all of them. Lets use an extremely conservative estimate and say 8 of them said yes. Now what you do is simply sell all of their products as a package at a rate that will provide massive amounts of value to the customer. All of these vendors will provide you with a link to their download page. Compile these links on a web page and your Thank You page is complete. Remember, you arent creating anything at all! Nothing! For the sales copy, simply feature each vendor, their product, and a few bullet points about the product. Also make sure that you put the price of the product in the description.

The products in your package are CURRENTLY SELLING for the price you have listed. This is real value to the customer. We are NOT putting together some sort of internet marketing style re sale.
How many times have you seen a sales page that says A $197 Value For $7? I dont know about you but Ive seen hundreds like that. What they dont tell you is that the product did indeed sell for $197........in 2003.
We arent doing that here. The products in your package are currently selling for the price you have listed. The customer can go and pay $97 for the product if theyd like...RIGHT NOW! Just simple add a product image, some bullet points, the price its currently selling for and thats it. And then you just repeat that down the page. Now obviously you are going to want some copy that will introduce your package and also a headline as well. We go over how to do this in great depth in the complete Product Pirate course that will be available exclusively on the Warrior Forum on Tuesday, March 12 at 12PM eastern.
Pricing Structure
The pricing structure is simple. Heres how it works... I like to price my front end offers (the package) at about 10% of the total value listed. This provides massive value for the customer, a good payout for both you and the creators and it converts very well. Let me give you an example of how I would do my pricing for the front end offer (the package)... Product 1 - $97 Product 2 - $97 Product 3 - $47 Product 4 - $77 Product 5 - $147 Product 6 - $97 Product 7 - $47 Product 8 - $97 Product 9 - $147 Product 10 - $97 Total Package Value - $950 Price - $97 Now heres the key. Think about this from a buyers standpoint for a minute. Lets say we are working in the mental health niche. Lets use depression as an example. You land on this sales page and you have a choice. You can buy one of the products for $97 or you can buy all 10 for the same price. Which do you choose? Even if you were really interested in the $47 product, getting all 10 for $97 is a much better deal.
Lets go to extremes and say a customer lands on the page and already has 3 of the products lists. He has already spent much more than he would spend on the entire package. The massive amount of value is still there! Thats why sales pages like this regularly convert in the double digits. But the most important thing to remember is that the products are currently selling at the price listed. If that goes away, its just another internet marketing style re sales where the guru dumps products that are 10 years old. We are NOT doing that!
JV Partners - The Real Secret Sauce

The JV Partners are built into the system and ready to mail NOW! You dont have to do any recruiting at all. The reason is because the JV partners and the product creators are the same people! The deal is simple. Ill include your product into the package and provide you with tons of trafc, a huge buyers list, and ood your bank account with cash...BUT... You have to mail at least 4 times for the launch. One of my mentors and someone who I have learned a great deal from is Frank Kern. He preaches the Syndicate Model on a daily basis. What we are doing here is creating our own mini syndicate but we are nothing more than the person who puts it all together! What I do after the launch is complete is I give each product creator a copy of the buyers list. This is as simple as exporting it from your Aweber (or whatever) account and sending them over the le. Now, not only do the partners build a pretty big list, I also build a nice size list in a niche that I know nothing about. I can promote other offers to them whenever I want...OR... I can nd 10 other partners and just repeat the process but this time Ill use my own list as well.
Why Would The Product Creators Do This?

List building, exposure, sales, networking...those are all great but lets forget about that for a minute. Lets also forget about the needs that we know they have. They want more sales - we get it. The reason they will almost always say yes is because they will make MORE MONEY working with you than they will on their own. I dont mean just total money either...I mean per sale as well as total money.
Lets take a look... We said before that in the example above we would price our product package at $97. The average selling price of the products in the package is $95. Lets assume that the commission they are giving away is 50% (although I recommend nding people who are giving 75%). That means the product creator makes 47.50 per sale at 50%. If they are giving away 75% which is what I recommend, they are making just under $24 per sale. Im going to be giving them 75% commission on every sale they make. They are acting as the afliate, I am acting as the vendor. This means that in the example above, the vendor would go from making $24 per sale to over $72 per sale. We just tripled their income in a matter of minutes! This is without including upsells, cross sells, and downsells. We wont be going over the entire funnel here but it will be included in the complete Product Pirate course which will be available on the Warrior Forum on Tuesday, March 12 at 12PM. When you add in the funnel the increase in the amount of money they will see is staggering.
Running The Launch

Running the launch is simple. All you do is pick a day, send over the email copy to the partners, and have them mail. Thats it. Obviously theres a step-by-step process that you should follow, but in a nutshell, thats it.
Step-By-Step
1. Find 10 to 15 product creators that are middle of the pack and building an email list 2. Contact them about being part of the package 3. Explain to them the benets of being a part of the package 4. Collect the download links for your thank you page
5. Create the copy 6. Create and send email copy to the partners 7. Launch and make money! 8. REPEAT! Thats all you have to do. By following this model you can take over an entire niche without ever having to product a piece of content. No more Becoming an Expert. Just be the middle man in your own little syndicate and let the process work.
