INTRODUCTION

Overview of Suntel Limited


I was assigned to Suntel Limited for a period of xx weeks starting from

Suntel Ltd is a Joint venture between a number of foreign and local organizations, which was granted license on 1996 to build and maintain its own telecommunication network for voice and data communication services using Wireless Local Loop (WLL) technology. Through its commitment to service quality, technical expertise and customer focused outlook, it has grown to become the second largest Fixed Line telecommunications operator and the preferred telecommunication service provider for the corporate sector.

Mission
To be the preferred telecommunication service provider to the people in Sri Lanka by creating unmatched value and care in a socially responsible manner.
