Communication skills

Confident public speaker and strong communication skills developed in my teaching role. Mediating skills:I have tutored a group of students aged 16, developing positive classroom management strategies and working on the borders between young people, parents and other teachers.

Organisational / managerial skills

Problem solving: able to deal with problems calmly and efficiently as shown on in my roles as teacher, where I learned to defuse difficult situations in a diplomatic way. Team work: TRN is a big and busy work place and so we work as a team at all times,covering each other for breaks; ensuring the whole shop and building are monitored for problems and serving customers in a fair way.

Organisational skills: As a teacher I have organized educational trips: fieldtrips to museums and weekend campings. Intercultural skills: I studied in Italy with an erasmus scholarship (1999-2001) where I had the chance of share flat with French, German and Australian people. Nowadays I work in a very international environment.
