The Dr. Rima Institute And Compounding Pharmacy

Therefore, the Compounding Pharmacy, a project of the Dr. Rima Institute, will supply the Medical Center(s) and, with proper marketing, other health facilities and professionals all over the world with uniquely uncontaminated supplies and products.. Because of Chiles favorable trade connections and opportunities, profitability and efficiency are strongly enhanced for both the medical and Compounding Pharmacy businesses located in Chile. A Compounding Pharmacy is not a drug company, nor a pharmaceutical producer: we will compound only natural products and remedies for administration under the supervision of health care professionals or direct to the consumer, as appropriate. Natural responses to maintain wellness and interact with illness are gentle, inexpensive, generally requires low technology facilities and are environmentally friendly both to the internal ecology of the patient and to the larger environment. The deep South Africa and South America have the human and environmental resources and capacity to feed the North: Europe, Asia and America lowradiation, biodynamic, zero emissions food. Some of the innovative, environmentally sustainable, yield- increasing technologies of the Natural Solutions Foundation have been tested at Songhai and at the Valley of the Moon (VotM) Eco Demonstration Project in the bountiful, beautiful, temperate Highlands of Chiriqu Province, Panama. The VotM Eco Demonstration Project is a project of the Natural Solutions Foundation and is currently is producing BeyondOrganic Biodynamic Zero Emission Valley of the Moon Coffee which is exported as a high quality premium coffee to the United States, and is about to produce Dr Rima GreenGold the worlds first organic, green and gold coffee supplement. At the present time our Chilean entity, Natural Solutions Corporation Chile, SpA is conducting field tests at several certified organic farms of our innovative EAT (Enhanced Agricultural Technologies) systems. The expectation, confirmed by preliminary results, is that these non-invasive, natural technologies speed the growing cycle, enhance yield and nutrient density, while prolonging shelf life. We are prepared to change the way people grow and transport food.

Educational Mission
Education, both distance-learning and hands-on training, is essential to the Planetary Vision Project (PVP) model. Public relations, seminars, agricultural and medical capacitation and training, publications, internet messaging and other diverse communication tools will bring our innovations to Chile and to the world market. The Natural Solutions Foundation brings a number of low technology, high impact techniques to both agriculture and medicine. By enhancing both crop yield and storage time minimal addition cost, we can open the previously technically difficult organic Chilean vegetable market in the US. 6

Crop yield, storage capacity and soil reclamation leading to more nutrient dense organic food lead to health improvement, reducing the cost of public healthcare and increasing the wellbeing of the population which partakes of these strategies. For those who are ill, natural treatments are non-toxic, significantly cheaper, more effective and require far less costly infrastructure than high technology allopathic options. Both empirical science and academic science make clear the efficacy of these natural treatments, procedures and strategies. We will provide both educational services, and, in the area of Advanced Health Care, provide the treatments and therapies that can make a real difference in promoting a healthy lifestyle in clinical settings. FUKUSHIMA DAIICHI
Fukushima Daiichis destruction (March 11, 2011) and subsequent cataclysmic
radioactive contamination of the Northern Hemisphere has increased the need for low radiation goods, abodes and services in, and from, the Low Radiation Southern Hemisphere o The atmospheric separation of the air currents of the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, while not absolute, offers relative safety for people, products and locations sourced from, and located in, the Deep South of South America (i.e., Chile) and Africa. o Food stocks, including vegetables and animals, milk and other North American products are increasingly found to be radioactive at levels which are increasingly unsafe for contact and consumption o The US, Canadian and other governments continually increase the allegedly safe levels of radiation permitted in food, drinking water and fish. 7

Private & Confidential Funding Memorandum o Fish, seaweed and other sea products are increasingly found to be contaminated with highly toxic levels of radiation if they have any contact with the Pacific waters of the Northern Hemisphere. o The lack of any meaningful effort to control the radiation at the Fukushima site and the worsening situation there mean that the contamination will continue to increase for what, in human terms, must be considered forever. o Best case scenarios predict a continual contamination of the entire Northern Hemisphere, its food, its farms and its genetic material. Worst case scenarios predict rapid and catastrophic increases in radiation levels in the Northern Hemisphere1. The consequences of either scenario are dire. o Health and productivity are anticipated to decline sharply in the Northern Hemisphere as they did in the former Soviet Union following the Chernobyl disaster more than 25 years ago. o All Northern Hemisphere food is already contaminated with radioactive isotopes. That contamination escalates unabated. Corporate and government inaction and the laws of physics decree that the level of contamination will only increase. o Chernobyl, a single reactor, entombed 7 years after the event, was responsible for approximately 1 million deaths in Europe alone. Fukushima Daiichi is a collection of 5 disabled reactors with a 6th soon to deteriorate. Little or no control is being implemented and it is not clear that meaningful control of the exceedingly radioactive spent fuel rods can, in fact, be implemented, or that the destroyed reactors can be controlled now that meltdown conditions have been established with continuing deterioration.

Non-toxic, gentle, effective health strategies and medicine appeals to growing numbers of people in Chile and around the world o Natural health care practice and associated modalities are increasingly unavailable because they are subject to aggressively and hostile regulation in the Northern Hemisphere and elsewhere. Such hostile regulation is apparently not part of the government approach to health in Chile. o Strong consumer demand for natural medicine has created an enlarging market segment. o Out of pocket, unreimbursed natural health care is the fastest growing health sector in North America. o Increasing numbers of health care consumers know about suppressed or banned safe and effective treatments for serious diseases. High quality supplies (including bioidentical hormones and nutrients) support this helpful and highly lucrative area. o Stem cell treatment for a variety of diseases is well accepted, profitable and strikingly effective for many of conditions which are poorly responsive to allopathic medication. o Cardiovascular disease, cancer, auto immune disease (including diabetes I/II), psychiatric illnesses, serious infections, environmental toxicity, premature aging, head trauma and autism are only a few of the serious maladies which routinely can be expected to yield to natural treatment. o Residential treatment with pristine food provided on a prescriptive basis is an essential component of consistent good outcomes for seriously ill patients. o Residential facilities which allow spouses, children, friends or others to stay with the patient increase outcome success, reduce patient care and attention costs and lead to happy memories of the treatment, care and experience fostering good word-of-mouth advertising.

FOOD
Clean, unadulterated food is no longer possible to produce or source in the Northern Hemisphere because of: o Radiation: Accelerating levels of radiation contamination make the growth and distribution of low radiation food impossible in the Northern Hemisphere. The laws of physics and lack of meaningful control strategies at Fukushima make worsening contamination inevitable for the entire Northern Hemisphere offering a strong market potential for food suppliers who fill this niche. o Genetically Modified Organisms (e.g., GMO, transgenico) contaminate most food products from the Northern Hemisphere. Strong public opposition makes food grown in Chile desirable if it meets rigorous standards for purity and does not contain modified genetic material. o Chemical Contamination of foods is an increasing concern to consumers since they understand that agricultural and other environmental chemicals are associated with a plethora of diseases and system failures. o North American consumers seek clean food and will pay premium prices for the perceived value added of that clean food. NATURAL HEALTHCARE, MATERIALS, SUPPLEMENTS AND SUPPLIES

Clean, unadulterated injectable, oral nutrients and herbs, hormones, etc., are central to the practice of natural medicine. Once easily available in the US and Canada, they are now permanently unobtainable in the Northern Hemisphere because of Fukuhsima Daiichi. For that reason, all materials must be sourced or created in the Southern Hemisphere. o Injectable, nutrients, herbs and other natural medical supplies can no longer be sourced from the United States or Canada.
