COMPENSATION SYSTEM:

In addition to basic pay of the Pay Scale, the Executives are also entitled to DA on IDA pattern, Company accommodation if available / HRA / Conveyance allowance as applicable from time to time. Besides, other normal facilities, benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, leave encashment, LTC, etc as per Rules are also available. 2. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

The qualification which qualifies the candidate should be from recognized universities/institutes under the full time/regular scheme only. 3. EXPERIENCE

Experience in case of Management Trainees is not required. Whereas for Assistant Managers the experience will be as per the above criteria. Only post qualification experience shall be considered. 4. (1) (2) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Only Indian Nationals need apply. a) Assistant Managers - Appointment will be on regular basis and selected

candidates will be on probation for a period of one year b) Management Trainees - Initially selected candidates will be engaged for a

training period of 6 months in the regular pay scale of 12600-32500/- (IDA) and on successful completion of training period they may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager in the same pay scale of Rs 12600-32500/- on probation for a period of one year. The training period will be subject to extension, in the event of not attaining desired performance levels. (3) (4) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in India. Higher Start: In the cases of exceptionally deserving candidates, Management may consider a higher start of basic pay, (excluding Management Trainees) for candidates possessing special experience and in consideration of the emoluments drawn in the previous employment, etc. on the recommendation of the Selection Committee. (5) Number of vacancies shown against the post can be increased or decreased or even

reduced to zero, at the discretion of the management without assigning any reason. NTC will not be liable to compensate the applicant for the consequential damages, if any. (6) NTC will not be responsible for any postal delay/wrong delivery/non-delivery of communication at any stage of the recruitment process. (7) The cut of date for considering the age and experience of candidates will be taken as 31.03.2013. (8) Minimum qualifications mentioned in the Annexure shall be from a recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (50% in the case of SC / ST candidates). However, in case of CA/ICWA, only pass marks is prescribed for all positions. Candidates

appearing/appeared in the final examination may also apply for the post of Management Trainee; however, their selection will be subject to acquiring the specified qualification before the interview date. (9) Minimum qualifications mentioned in the Annexure shall be from a recognized University / Institution under the full time/regular scheme. (10) Internal candidates of NTC, currently working in lower scales may also be considered for selection on merit, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Upper age limit will be relaxed for internal candidates as per NTC rules . (11) Mere conformity to the job requirements will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason and to increase / decrease the number of posts depending on the requirement or to raise the Standard of Specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test / interview. (12) A non-refundable Account Payee demand draft for Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalized Bank payable at New Delhi is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application form. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates should mention their name and address on the reverse side of the DD. No fee is payable by SC / ST candidates and persons with disability (PWD). (13) Applicants serving in Government / Public Sector Enterprises / Semi-Government organizations should apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview, failing which they will not be permitted to appear for the interview. (14) Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste and Character and Antecedents, as the case may be, from the concerned authorities as per the rules of the Company. (15) Reservations and Age relaxation for different categories viz. SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Exservicemen etc., are as per Govt. of India Directives. (16) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer) /PWD/Ex-servicemen category should enclose a copy of the certificate issued by the Competent Authority to that effect. (17) Candidates belonging to OBC category are required to produce the recently obtained OBC Certificate (Non-creamy layer) (not older than 6 months as on the date of

advertisement) in the format prescribed by the Government of India, issued by Competent Authority. (18) Candidates belonging to PWD/Ex-Servicemen are required to furnish attested copies of certificates in support of their claim. In case, the candidate fails to produce the certificate in support of their claim, his/her candidature will not be considered. (19) The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their medical fitness for such appointment based on Medical Examination as per the Directives of the Company. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not short listed for written test / interview. (21) Incomplete application or applications without prescribed fee will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Management reserves the right to call or not to call any / all of the candidates who have responded against this advertisement for test, interview, GD etc. Management will not be responsible for delayed receipt / non-receipt of applications. The decision of Management regarding selection will be final. The basic pay of 12600-32500/ is likely to be upgraded in near future to 16400-40500/ Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be New Delhi. Candidates are allowed to answer in Hindi medium also.

SELECTION PROCEDURE (a) Assistant Managers: The Eligible candidates short-listed based on initial scrutiny will be called for interview/ GD etc. Suitable communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually. Out-station candidates called for interview will be paid eligible train fare by the shortest route on production of proof of journey as per rules of the Company (b) Management Trainees: The Eligible candidates short-listed based on initial scrutiny will be called for written test and candidates who qualify in the written test shall be called for interview/GD etc. The qualifying criteria for the candidates called for the interview shall be determined by the Competent Authority depending upon the outcome of overall performance of the candidates in the written test. Suitable communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually. Out-station candidates called for interview will be paid eligible

train fare by the shortest route on production of proof of journey as per rules of the Company. 6. Without prejudice to the above NTC reserves the right to conduct test/group discussion/preliminary interview etc depending upon the response of candidates and the number thereof in respect of both the above positions as deemed fit by NTC Management. 7. HOW TO APPLY: Candidates should apply through NTCs Online Registration System uploaded on the company website only. Candidates should read all instructions given on the website. The online registration will be available on the website http://www.ntcltd.co.in/ during the

period from 6.00 Hrs. on 01.04.2013 to 23.59 Hrs on 26.04.2013. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates must check the eligibility/ suitability thoroughly before applying and must apply for only one position/category i.e. either for Assistant Manager (if possesses the requisite experience on the cutoff date i.e. 31.03.2013) or for Management Trainee (for fresh candidates with less than one year experience on cutoff date i.e. 31.03.2013).

9. Submission of application: (a) Submission of application: Once you submit your Application Online, the System will generate a unique Registration No and Slip. Take a printout of your Registration slip. Please send this original Registration Slip, duly signed along with following Documents : Original Demand Draft (for Gen/OBC candidates only) Self attested copies of all educational qualifications and experiences claimed in the application. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen category should enclose a copy of the certificate issued by the Competent Authority to that effect. Candidates belonging to OBC category are required to produce the recently obtained OBC Certificate (Non-creamy layer) (not older than 6 months as on the date of advertisement) in the format prescribed by the Government of India, issued by Competent Authority. Candidates belonging to PWD/Ex-Servicemen are required to furnish attested copies of certificates in support of their claim.

General /OBC/ ex-servicemen candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.300.00 (Rupees Three hundred only), drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd, Payable at New Delhi. The draft no., date of issue, amount, and issuing Branch should be entered in the online application. Also please write your name , post applied for and unique registration number on reverse of Demand draft. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
