The difference on how you perform is not based on ones ability but how to master your state. - Anthony Robins. To transform state = physiology (use of body) and focus. When tweaked every individuals performance is derived off state.
Emotion is created by motion meaning the use of body equals more feelings, bringing upon success. Focus = Feelings/Emotion How do people come out of a spin? Focus on where you want to go not on what youre afraid of (mind does this).
B. A-line Focus means to feel: (see above Three Pillars) II. Make a real decision: This is like an incision because when performed the doctor cuts away. It is not temporarily following through and then falling back its concrete! A. How to make a real decision: 1. Decisions first come from our emotions. An example is I want to eat this chocolate cake! Why do you want the cake pleasure, ease pain? You may want it because it tastes good but, the key want sprung from certain emotions. As humans we always do things because it satisfies this. (see above six human needs)
2. Once emotion is established this creates a decision. 3. A decision then transforms into action and the result depends solely on emotion or want. Some examples include succession or failure. III. Follow your own blueprint in life. IV. Attend to all six human needs (see above).
*Note: following this pattern does not guarantee success because life is full of surprises.

Ones real voice is not fear or worry but has strength and certainty within, by knowing the truth of who you are, what you are made for, and who you will become. Anthony Robins
