    the two major political parties in this country have one main function...keep people in line. they accomplish this by the simplest method...offer people a choice. the choice they offer is obscured by a myriad of opinions, other choices, rewards, and just enough simplicity to make people think they can understand the choice theyre making. the truth is probably better left unknown. trent reznor, plato, and many more have said time and again, ignorance is bliss. the truth is, you only get to choose to feel empowered, or feel powerless. choose how you feel. you dont actually choose power. there is no power. no higher power. no power to change the now, or change the future, and most certainly not change the past. if it helps, after reading this, to find some shred of hope, then it is in this: the quantum universe, the hindu cycles, the connectedness of everything. IF there is no more reality of here and now than there is of there and then, if the past, present, future of time, the inner and outer reaches of matter, energy, and space truly are all infinite, IF AND ONLY THEN are we not screwed. belief is irrelevant. believe whatever you want. if you believe in the judeo-christian afterlife and creator, then you already believe that, to a smaller extent than im saying, were all screwed. you believe that were all going to die anyway. and depending on your particular version, maybe what happens after death is less screwed for some people. if you believe this life is all there is, then you also comport to a were all screwed philosophy in the same regard as christians just minus the afterlife option. if you believe in vishnu or krishna or quantum science, it doesnt un -screw you/us all. even if jesus is the key to heaven, death is still the door. even if there is a 4th dimension, we still are 3d creatures. maybe our soul is connected to the 4th dimension. what difference does it make? do nothing. do something. change yourself. change the world. the more things change, the more they stay... i could write a book. i could write down all the ice cream headaches. i could write down all the cliches ever said. i could write the endless stream of shit that circles the drain of my brain and it could enlighten the world. i could jerk off. i could cure cancer, feed the hungry, or just make you angry, or smile. it is connected or not. i already did all those things, or not. i hope this helps.
