Supply Chain management is a schematic and systematic process and management art by which a company employs and utilizes the economically prolific and efficient quality ways in getting the raw material, then converting it to some useful product and then planning it in a convincing manner that makes its delivery in a trustful manner to the consumers

involves the planning and strategy in dealing with the customer demand. Many managing groups work in doing and planning the ways by which the product is designed according to demand of the consumer, moreover, the management have a checking an inspection system for the goods of high quality and high efficiency and above all the planning involved for optimization or low cost of the product. involves the selection of an appropriate source that deals with the supply of goods to the customers and the pricing system for the prices of the goods and their payment system. involves the manufacturing processes that are utilized during making, inspecting and finalizing of the product. In this step the company sets up a system of management that deals with the Packaging, Delivery service of goods. Company shows its capableness in judging the productivity level of their Producers and Output level of production. involves the delivery of the product on the base of demand of product, by making warehouses and setting up a system of logistics who decide the delivery and tells about the steps of involved for payment and carriage of product. involves the return of defective goods and the feedback of the consumers on efficient ones, if the product has some fault and some quality propensity then then the product is returned otherwise its demand continues on base of its efficiency.

It can be defined as, "A data-driven method for achieving near perfect quality. Six Sigma analysis can focus on any element of production or service, and has a strong emphasis on statistical analysis in design, manufacturing and customer-oriented activities." Six Sigma simply means a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects (driving toward six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service; it enhances the product ability in such a way that the product is demanded in a large number. Six Sigma is certainly a very big industry in its own right, and Six Sigma is now an enormous 'brand' in the world of corporate development While Six Sigma implementation continues apace in many of the world's largest corporations, many organizations and suppliers in the consulting and training communities have also seized on the Six Sigma concept, to package and provide all sorts of

Six Sigma 'branded' training products and consultancy and services. Six Sigma has also spawned many and various business books on the subject. Six Sigma, it might seem, is taking over the world.
