The Front Desk CAs Responsibility Angel of Alignment

What a journey
I have gone from walking with my head down, to walking with my head held high! Part of my growth included being a front desk CA for 8 years in a fast paced, high energy, high volume practice. There were so many steps that needed to be taken and decisions that needed to be made in order for me to become the person I am becoming. The process is not easy but it is well worth it! It is a wonderful journey and I welcome you to join me.

Everyone Deserves to be Healthy

It is our responsibility to be the quarterback of the office. We are responsible in creating a high energy that permeates through the office that results in a fast paced, smooth flowing, working environment. We are the first line of communication between the patients and the doctors. Also, we are responsible for putting a smile on the patients face as soon as they walk in and help them focus on their health and wellness and forget about their challenges that are going on in the outside world. Make their time with us the best time of their day!

It Is Not Their Fault

What should you do when patients quit prematurely? This is a question I have been asked on a regular basis. The answer comes down to the chiropractor and staff. When a patient wants to discontinue care during the Corrective Phase it is most commonly due to the inability of the chiropractor and staff to connect with the patient both procedurally and/or emotionally. Give the patient what they need and not what you want. Approach every patient when they come in as an individual and greet them as such. Ask them questions about their health and wellness, make eye contact, connect with them innately and care for them. You must make your time with the patient the best part of their day! Your affirmation every single day should include, make their time with us the best part of their day. Repeat this affirmation everyday as a team and you will see patients in a different way and have a stronger connection with them. Remember to give patients procedures and systems to follow as they need it and want that. Dont let them come and go as they please because they will not value what you do. If you dont give them appointments then maybe you dont value what you do.
