PROJECT CRAFTING & MANAGEMENT: HOW TO MAKE A PROJECT- This workshop aims to equip the student leader with the skills necessary for crafting projects and successfully implementing them. This starts with a clear understanding of the need or the purpose or project visioning, including the simplified use of strategies such as environmental scanning, needs assessment, and tapping creativity. This workshop also aims to introduce the basic elements of a project including the use of project planning tools that will facilitate the projects budgeting, time table, etc. Secondly, basic project management skills will also be discussed. Coverage includes topics on: how to get other students involved/interested in the project, working with and utilizing the project team, project operations such as monitoring and evaluation.

PRESENTATION SKILLS TRAINING: HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE PRESENTER- This workshop aims to introduce the student leader to the art of effective presentation by teaching basic skills and techniques. The workshop will tackle presentation form in terms of organization and clarity (e.g. should I use visual aids? What will prevent information overload? ) WHAT is being said is definitely important, but HOW it is being said can make or break its relevance and meaning. Thus, presentation skills such as: utilizing your individual style as a presenter, understanding and fusing with your audience, and tips on verbal and nonverbal communication will also be discussed. A good presenter, however, does not do all the talking. The presenter should know how to keep a group energized, concentrated, and open to dialogue when necessary. In order to achieve this, the workshop will also cover how to exercise and maintain a certain level of self-confidence, authority, and control. SPECIFIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT: HOW TO LEAD YOURSELF- We will teach you the archetypal demands of being a leader, whilst performing other requirements. Topics will range from decision-making, time management, stress management, and leadership stratagems to cope with the demands of your craft. Aside from these, we will extend the expectations of being a group leader by emphasizing the importance of being a servant-leader. We will introduce to you the outside the box definitions of a leader in todays competitive world. TEAM LEADERSHIP: HOW TO LEAD YOUR FOLLOWERS- We will teach you the difference between a resultsbased leadership and a relationship-based leadership. We will also introduce to you the

compensation-relation between a casual working environment vis--vis a strictly goal oriented environment, and help you discover which leadership style would be most effective given a situation. SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP: HOW TO BE A FLEXIBLE LEADER- We will teach you the different leadership skills that are usually adapted to different situations, constituents, and circumstances. What you will learn here is how a leader should adapt to his members, so that the team may work optimally. We will help you incorporate flexibility into your personal leadership style. We will also teach you the different kinds of attitudes members may have, to which you might adjust. LEADERSHIP AFTERMATH: HOW TO REALLY GET THINGS DONE- What happens when a leader is done with his task? What happens to the group that has already accomplished its goal? This track will explain to you the repercussions that groups experience after accomplishing what is expected of them. This, of course, also depends on the results of the task accomplished. Therefore, we will also be tackling the routes a leader can take to achieve the desired end results in terms of involvement with the members. LEADERSHIP TRANSITION WORKSHOP: HOW TO PASS THE BATON- Some leaders are born, others are made, and some are halfway there. This workshop aims to bridge the gap between outgoing officers and transitioning incoming officers of student organizations, or any set of student leaders who are about to take on a novel position and are unsure of how to go about it. This workshop first explores change-open attitudes, self-reflection, job description review, evaluating outcomes, creating references , and most importantly trust. The second part of this workshop is all about getting a head start on passing on the values and knowledge the student leader possesses to the next person in line. This would involve essential mentoring skills and peer coaching.

TEAM BUILDING- If theres one thing better than watching an individual bloom into leadership, its a group of people blossoming into a team. Individual growth is good, but there are specific matters that originate and can only be resolved within a group. It is thus this workshops aim to improve team relations by increasing member bonding, empowering participants to come out of their shell, and having fun together! We aim to achieve this by utilizing SLEs (structured learning experiences) and supplemental activities on a theme of your choice: Communication; Cooperation & Support; Harmony & Sensitivity; Responsibilities; Motivation; Commitment.

FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSIONS- Sometimes people pay too much attention to detail that they fail to see the big picture. Aside from providing training workshops, our services include conducting focus group discussions and process-observational-analyses (POA) according to your needs. This involves formulating questions, conducting focus group discussions, taking notes and observations, and finally, providing you with hard copy documentation. Given that we are provided the necessary information and orientation prior to the activity, we are more than willing to offer our third-party perspective.
