Preamble : This estimate has been framed by Executive Engineer, D.W. & S. Division ------------------ for consultancy services Planning, Surveying, DATA collection, Cost Estimation, Formulation / Preparation of PFR, Draft DPR & Final DPR of ................................. Rural Water Supply Scheme with/ without weir including / excluding PMC during 2012-13 as per direction of ----------------------------------. As per policy of the Government along with NRDWP guide lines the entire rural population has to be covered with sustainable piped water supply. In view of large volume of work for preparation of DPR within limited time frame will be possible only through obtaining consultancy services because of limited technical man power available. Accordingly this estimate has been framed. Necessary provision for Planning with community participation, surveying, Data collection, Cost estimation, Formulation/ Preparation of PFR, its approval, Preparation of Draft DPR & its approval and preparation of final DPR & its approval, preparation of Bid Document, Assistance in Bid Evaluation with Project Management Consultancy has been made in this estimate. Total estimated cost comes to Rs. .. including 1% contingency. Standard Specifications of CPHEEO and NRDWP guide lines shall be followed during the preparation of DPR and Project Management Consultancy.
