Shipment in our share a container service to arrival destination port, customs clearance and delivery to Kerbside of mainland residence. *Please note that depending on the country you are moving to a minimum charge may apply if you decide to reduce your package/volume count from your estimate above. Our Quotation excludes All estimates exclude abnormal, heavy or awkward items unless otherwise stated above, parking permits, charges or associated fees for suspension/dispensation in order to facilitate removal in the UK or delivery at destination, rent/demurrage/terminal storage charges incurred during transit, Customs duties, taxes, X-rays or physical examinations if applicable. Estimates to Australia or New Zealand exclude any Government department quarantine fees and associated handling /transport costs including cleaning, treatment or fumigation of any kind if ordered. Estimates to South Africa exclude cargo dues which are payable by owner to South African Customs upon arrival. Please remember that in most cases you must be in your country of destination before your goods arrive, please check with your coordinator. All business is transacted subject to our terms and conditions as printed on the reverse of our acceptance form. Door to port shipments exclude all charges from arrival of shipment at destination port.

We offer one FREE delivery of cartons and packing material bubble wrap and tape (upon request). We offer one FREE collection of owner packed cartons. Delivery and collection times are available at 4pm the day before (Monday times are available Friday at 4pm). Please note we are unable to give exact times and can only advise 2-3 hour window times. Wood cases are available upon request at an additional cost.

Delivery and collection of cartons may be arranged using our contract with a national courier company. Delivery and collection can be arranged any day Monday to Friday at a time between 11am to 4pm. Courier service for delivery and collections is not above ground floor and collection is restricted to maximum weight of 30 kilos per carton/package. Delivery of flat packed cartons:- 10 for up to 4 cartons then 2 each additional carton Collection of ready packed cartons:- 20 for first 2 cartons then 10 each additional carton

Scottish Highlands pricing for deliveries and collection 25.00 for 1-4 cartons & 4.00 each additional carton Collection charge is 25.00 each carton (minimum charge 2 cartons) *Please note that there is different delivery and collection charges from Ireland Shipment Protection Every precaution is taken to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in the same condition as they

were when they left the UK. Nevertheless, it is advisable to cover your effects for a sum equivalent to the full replacement cost at destination. Our Standard Liability protection is approved and recommended by the BAR (British Association of Removers), and has been arranged with AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance. The protection starts at the time of collection and up until delivery to residence or store (if goods go into storage an extension to cover your goods whilst in store is required). Standard Liability protection against all risks of loss or damage is available at a rate of 5% of the value declared on the valuation form. Please allow value at destination. In the event of a claim arising we reserve the right to charge a claim handling fee of 50.00 to cover our administrative costs. Subject to our Terms and Conditions as printed on the reverse of the enclosed Valuation Form. Please note that in the event you decline our Standard Liability protection we will rely upon Limited Liability (clause 9.2). Packing Information and Advise For owner packed goods we can provide export strength cartons and bubble wrap free of charge, this is upon request, however you can also pack your own belonging into your own suitcases, bags etc. For unusual shaped items we can provide blanket wrapping, and for fragile items such as TV's, Mirrors, Paintings etc a specialist wood casing at an additional cost. Packing is really a matter of common sense. Place all fragile items in the middle of your boxes, and protect them by clothing or wrapping materials, don't use large cartons for lots of heavy objects as the boxes will not support the weight, we supply Book Cartons for heavy items. Marking & Sealing Cartons / Suitcases Please note that all cartons and packages should be marked with a pen. We do not recommend sticky labels or any types of tied on labels as there is a risk that they can come off. If you do not want your packages permanently marked you can either wrap your package then mark them or we can provide a paint marker which can be removed from most materials with nail polish remover. All your packages should be securely sealed by the owner of the goods. However any types of locks placed on your packages can be re-opened or broken by customs, quarantine or security personnel for inspection, this is unfortunately out of our control. Prohibited Items The following item can not be shipped under the general conditions of carriage. Food, Alcohol, Jewellery, Bonds, Money, Explosives, Firearms and ammunition, Flammable gasses, Flammable liquids. Please see our customs guide and prohibited items. Transit times From receipt of your goods at our warehouse they will be called forward for shipment into our next share a container service. Documentation Documentation will be supplied by us but must be returned before your goods can be freighted. This must be completed by owner or receiver of the goods.

All relevant documentation is available on our web site www.pssremovals.com/documentation If You Are Not Going To Be In The Country Of Destination Please note that in many countries the owner of the goods must be present at the destination prior to the arrival of the goods in order to complete customs clearance. Some countries do allow you to send goods ahead of you arriving in the country, please check with our office regarding the countries that allow this and ask for our Instruction Sheet for all documents required. Storage If you are not going to be travelling to your destination country straight after you have sent your cartons with PSS we can offer very competitive rates to store your goods and delay your shipment so that you will be in your destination country when your goods arrive. Payment On booking your shipment we require a deposit to secure your shipment, this is determined on the quantity of goods/volume that you ship. Full payment is required before goods can be called forward for shipment. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit and Credit cards (please note the following handling charges apply if you elect to pay by credit card VISA/Mastercard 2.5% American Express 4.5%). This scheme is designed to protect you and guarantees your payment, and in the unlikely event of liquidation the BAR/IMMI would ensure that all of the services you had paid for were professionally completed at no additional cost.
