1. Ratings
The ratings of fuse links are as follow :

Power Fuse
G & J Type Current limiting power fuses
1. Operating indication of fuse links
LFL-G,J- Type : When a power fuse blows, a striker pin extends from the load end of the fuse about 10mm length.(An initial operating load is over 0.5kg) LFL-20J-1 : No striker fin has fitted. LFL-G- B/C Type (DIN Type) : When a power fuse blows, a striker pin extends from the load end of the fuse about 10mmlength. (An in itial operating load is over 0.5kg)

2. Fitting and replacement of fuse links 2. Installation

Make an installation of fuse links as same insulation distance with ones of a disconnecting switch because these fuse links having a complete insulated structure do not emit any gas. Always only fuse links can be replaced simply. For the part of hinge, loosen a bolt () as shown in figure 1 and insert the striker pin of fuse link. Then retighten this bolt ( ). For the part of clip tighten a hook ring( ) as shown in upper figure 2 on a fuse links cap correctly. In case of fuse checker of LFL-G- B/C Type (DIN Type), tighten a adhesive point of fuse checker as shown in upper figure 3 with two screws and then adhere it to let a striker pin of fuse link be to the direction of fuse checker. When a power fuse blows, replace fuse links only with new ones.

3. Replacement of fuse links

Replace fuse links only as new ones if after the fuse trip mechanism has operated

WARNING
1. When the trip mechanism has operated at short circuit fault, always replace all three fuses in a three phase or two phase circuit even though only one or two are open circuited
may result in explosion by the possibility of internal elements damage.

3. Installation
Make an installation of fuse links as same insulation distance with ones of a disconnecting switch because these fuse links having a complete insulated structure do not emit any gas.

4. Maintenance & inspection

Perform the periodic inspection one time per a year for contact s, uncleanness on the surface of porcelain, looseness of screws (specially for clips).

CAUTION
1. When using for protection of transformers or condensers, replace all phase of fuse links after over 1000 close-open operation.
There may be a possibility of weakness by heating at elements inside fuse links.

CAUTION
1. When making a close-open operation, be careful not to impact on products with light operation.
may cause a broken of fuse links because of making of porcelain material.

2. Be careful for using fuse links so that the life expectancy may be reduces according to the operating conditions

WARNING
1. When the trip mechanism has operated at short circuit fault, always replace all three fuses in a three phase or two phase circuit even though only one or two are open circuited
may result in explosion by the possibility of internal elements damage.

6. Life expectancy and Replacement

The fuse links have an life expectancy of 30,000 operations at a normal operating conditions of electric motor circuit (Rated current x 5, 10 sec) When a fuse link has reached a specified life or when is damaged, it is recommended that it be replaced.

CAUTION
1. When using for protection of transformers or capacitors, replace all phase of fuse links with new fuse links after 30,000 operations.
There may be a possibility of weakness by heating at elements inside fuse links

2. Be careful that fuse links may have a possibility of short- life expectancy according to the operating conditions.
