Desktop and Laptop (Windows) Microsoft Lync 2010 Installation 1. On Windows, click Start on the most left hand corner, right click on Computer then click on Properties. Look at System type below to verify if you are on 32bit or 64bit.

6. Double click on Lync32b-Updates-Mar2012 for Windows 32 bit or Lync64b-Updates- Mar2012 for Windows 64 bit.
