TEXAS, AUTHORIZING OPENING A NEW CHECKING AND SAVINGS
ACCOTJNT AT THE AZLE STATE BANK IN THE NAME "PELICAN BAY
WATER UTILITIES''; AND AUTHORIZING SIGNATIJRE AUTHORITY
ON SUCH ACCOLINTS; Al.lD AUTHORJZING AhtY TWO SIGNATLJRES
FOR CHECK ATJTHORITY.

BEIT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCILOF T}tr CITY OF PELICANBAY, TFJ(AS,TI{AT:

Section 1. At a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Pelican Bay, Texas,
held on the 28th day of October, 1998, at which a quomm was present, the City of
Pelican Bay, Texas, is duly authorized to open a new checking and savings accouat with
the Azle StateBank,Azle, Texas,to be sryled as, "PelicanBay Water Utilities."

Section2. At a specialmeeting of the City Council of the City of Pelican Bay, Texas,
held on the 28th day of October, 1998, at which a quomm was present, the following
officers were duly elected for signatory auttrority on a new checking and savings
account to be opened at the Azle State Bank, Azle, Texas, and shall remain as the
sig;natoryparties until such time their successorsshall be elected and shall have been
qualified:

Section3. Any funds deposited to the credit of the City of PelicanBaylPelicanBay

Water Utilities with Azle StateBank may be withdrawn by the sip;natureof any two (2) of
the parties listed above. It is understood that two (2) signatureswill be required on any
and all checksdrawn on this account.

Section4: The authority herein given is to remain irrevocable so far as Azle State
Bank,Azle, Texas,is concerneduntil Azle StateBank is notified in writing of the
revocation of such authority.

Section 5: This Resolution shall take effect immeditaly upon its adoption.
