acre development located within comfortable commuter distance to Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia. The development will feature a range of leisure facilities including Atlantic Canadas first ever Nicklaus Design Golf Course, an equestrian centre, commercial areas with shops, restaurants, hotels and approximately 1,800 residential units.

To receive their returns in the form of a cash payment which will be financed from sales revenues once the developer begins selling plots on the open market. The estimated time frame for investors to receive their cash return is approximately 1-5 years. To use their returns towards the purchase of a building plot at Forest Lakes Country Club. This option will be made available 12 months from the date of the initial investment. To use their returns as a down payment on an off-plan property within Forest Lakes Country Club. It is estimated that this option will be made available 12 months from the date of the initial investment.

The cash option could take several years to realise as it is dependent on the rate of real estate sales to the retail market which can be influenced by market conditions.
