OBSERVATIONS
1. We have quoted hydrant syslcm, Extinguishers & spray inaiii on unit ralc colitract basis as per the
BOQ provided along with the enquiry.

2. We have considered I-Ieavygrade MS construction conform to ERW pipc to IS: 12391IS: 3589 3. We have considered CI Non rising spindle Sluice valve as per IS: 14846 for size 50 - 300 mm
4. We have considered CI NRV as per IS: 5312.

5. We have not considered GI conduits for laying cable inside the building since the cable considered is annoured.
6. For cable gallery, we have designed number of zones based on pump capacity of 273 cum. Hr.

7. We have considered two runs of LHS for coal conveyors, one at the centreinost top along the length of the conveyor belt and another one at the centremost top along the return conveyor. 8. We have considered two numbers of IRD for conveyor less than 30 m. 9. In MVWS system for coal conveyors, we have considered two rows of sprayers along the conveyor, one at the centremost top along the length of the coilveyor belt and another one at side of the return belt conveyor. 10. We have considered polyethylene material for foam concentrate tank.

Note: Any changes in the above points will have cost implications.

Our Scope is Design, Enginering, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of items for the systems as mentioned in the Price summary

F.O.R. Destination Included 2% Payable to our vendor is included in our Supply price on EllE2 sale in transit basis. Customer to issue form "C" for all supply transaction.
