Determine the session (below right) in which you want to participate. Refer to the day determined in step 2 to find the league length (5, 6, 7 or 8 weeks) and respective cost for your team. Use this information to completely fill out the application form Send the necessary payment and form to Uihlein Soccer Park.

Space is limited. All teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club teams will be given preference in the registration process through the MKsc deadline which is earlier than NON-Kicker teams. *** IMPORTANT *** Full payment is expected upon application. If full payment is not made upon application, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due with the teams application form. The deposit will be applied to the session fee. Credit cards will be charged the full team fee upon registration unless otherwise noted. Checks payable to USP. Refunds will be issued after the deadline if a team is not accepted into a session. Complete payment is due before the teams first game kicks off.
