Friday 28/6/2013 Arrivals Travel to Spa Hotel Rantasipi Ikaalinen, Ikaalinen /Town 60 km northwest from Tampere. Check in. Possibility of having dinner in the hotel (not included). Saturday 29/6/2013 8.30: Breakfast. 9.30-11:45 : Work session . Hosts greeting and explanation of visits. Coordinators greeting. Analysis of mid-project evaluation. Viewing our blog (Work for next year, facebook, twitter, multilingual dictionary). Song presentation. 12.00: Departure to visits. 12.30: Light lunch. 13.30: Farm visit ( coffeebreak). Buying food. 16.00: Preparing our dinner. 18.30: Sauna by the lake near our hotel. 20.30: Leisure at the hotel. Sunday 30/6/2013 8.00: Breakfast. 9.00: Departure to visits in Sastamala. 12.00: Light lunch and presentation: Local production for sustainability.

13.30: Short excursion in Finnish nature. 16.30: Back to hotel. Visiting the Spa (optional) or free time. 17.45: Buffet dinner at the hotel.

Monday 1/7/2013 8:00: Breakfast. 9.00: Departure from the hotel. 11.30: Helsinki. Visiting MTK headquarters: Presentations by MTK and CIMO/National Agency. 13.30 Light lunch. 14.30: Short city tour in Helsinki. 16.30: Ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn. Estonia 18.30: Arrival to Tallinn. Check in to the hotel Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn,Narva mnt 7c. 19.00: Tallinn city tour, dinner and Tallinn by night walking tour after dinner by volunteers.

Tuesday 2/7/2013 7.00 8.30: Breakfast. 8.30: Check out and trip to Lahemaa National Park. Visiting local food producers. (bus transfer) 11.00: Ksmu - visiting captains village and marine muuseum . Light lunch in Ksmu. 13:30: Visiting local food producers in Lahemaa National Park. 17.30: Check in to Sagadi hotel . 18.00: Introduction tour in Sagadi manor (workshop + Forest museum + manor house) 20.00: Gala dinner in Sagadi manor.

Wednesday 3/7/2013 8.00 9.00: Breakfast. 9.00 9.30: transfer from Sagadi to Rakvere

9.30 13.30: Visiting Rakvere Castle and town. Free time in town or tour in Aqva spa hotel the best welness spa in Estonia. 13.30 14.00 Transfer from Rakvere to Vihula 14.00 16.00: Lunch in Vihula and introduction to Vihula Manor. 16.30 -18.30: Working session in Sagadi: Presentation of second works (choice of a song, a recipe or a story). Doubts for Poland. Suggestions for the second year of our project. Coordinators evaluation. 19. 00 - 24.00: Introduction tour in Palmse manor and dinner in Palmse tavern. 00.00: Transfer to Sagadi hotel.

Thursday 4/7/2013 Breakfast. Transfers to Tallinn Airport and to harbour / van+ cars.

* If you have a return flight from Helsinki, then the Finnish colleagues will help you reach the Helsinki airport.

Costs and tranport Costs in Finland will be approximatly 300-320 eur/person, including accomodation and food and transport from airports and back to Helsinki. We will charge you beforehand or it is also possible to pay in cash during the trip. Costs in Estonia will be approximately 260-280 eur/ person, including accommodation and food.

Other costs: Transportation.

We help participants to travel to Satakunta region, 2,5 hours trip by car. Estonian delegation have a van + cars, and they will bring some people from Helsinki to Satakunta. During the visits we will use individual cars. It is much cheaper. Rented cars by participants are appreciated in Finland.

Hotel rooms with breakfast in Finland cost 165 eur/person/3 nights, two people in one room. Three people in one room is a little bit cheaper and of course singles costs more. Hotel rooms in Estonia: Central hotel: 62eur/dbl room /night, Sagadi hotel 60.- eur/dbl room/ night.
