As requested, I am appending below the related agreement clauses:

1.1 The Contractor agrees to perform the following services, daily except Sundays & holidays:

Cleaning, swabbing and moping interiors of the Premises and general cleaning of the exterior of the Premises except in Client House, Lahore. Cleaning of all carpets and rugs used for covering the floors of the Premises using an electric vacuum cleaner. Cleaning of all desks, chairs side racks and other pieces of furniture, but does not include suspended or other electrical installations such as fans, lights, etc. Cleaning of all glass doors and glass partitions. Cleaning and washing of all toilets. Emptying and cleaning waste paper baskets, trashcans and other waste disposal containers. Disposing of the trash and garbage in the nearest municipality appointed disposal point. A spray of Air Fresher in toilets and officers room as and when required.

1.2. The Contractor agrees to perform the following services, on weekly basis:

Cleaning of cupboards and almirahs to be undertaken in the presence of the staff members of Client as and when it is necessitated. Cleaning of all glass windows (from inside). Cleaning of venetion blinds. Spraying of disinfectants in the toilets, urinals and the drains.

1.3. The Contractor shall provide the following monthly services:

Cleaning of all glass windows (from inside). Cleaning of telephones and computers outer surfaces only. Cleaning of all refrigerator shelves, microwave in lunchroom/kitchen. Cleaning & removal of spots & stain on carpet, if any.

2.1 For efficiently carrying out the aforesaid jobs the Contractor will use his own dusters, cleaning detergents, disinfectant for the toilet as well as electric vacuum cleaner

2.5 The Contractor would have the complete discretion to select and employ such janitors, workmen and other employees as are suitable for the performance of the services required under this Agreement and the Contractor would also be responsible for hiring and firing those janitors, employees and workmen, as well as for the payment of their wages.

2.6 The contractor shall be entitled to regulate its own working hours with the consultation and consent of CLIENT in order to ensure that the services do not interfere in the smooth functioning of CLIENT's office and to ensure that the Contractor is able to discharge its obligations effectively and smoothly.

2.8 The employees of the Contractor shall at all times maintain proper decorum and discipline.

2.9 Apart from the above mentioned jobs, any job which involves repair or replacements, or other services such as paint, etc. and is specifically requested by the company (Client) to carry on by the Contractor, will entail extra charges payment to the Contractor, on the basis of estimate.

2.10 As mutually agreed Annex A gives details of each premises and the strength of the staff deputed therein at present.

3.1 CLIENT shall ensure that there is adequate quantity of water available to the Contractor as well as electricity to enable it to perform its obligation under this Agreement.

3.2 CLIENT shall provide storage space to enable the Contractor to keep its equipment/tools and material.

3.3 CLIENT shall provide the tea boy with tea bags, milk, coffee, crockery, etc. as well as electric kettle for providing efficient catering services to the staff.

4.1. It will be the responsibility of the CLIENT Engineering staff, wherever it may apply, to have the Switch Room, OMCR, Battery room and the surrounding area cleaned up by the Contractor's staff everyday under their own supervision and presence as Contractor will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any problem which may arise while cleaning the rooms/offices.

4.2. It is also mutually agreed that the Cashier's room will be cleaned under the direct supervision of Client staff. It will be the responsibility of the Client staff to have the Cashier room, Store, etc. cleaned up by the Contractor's staff every day under their own supervision and presence. This provision must be strictly adhered to as Contractor & his staff will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any problem which may arise while cleaning the rooms.

4.3. It is the responsibility of the Client staff to have the computer (outer surfaces only) cleaned up by the Contractor's staff under their own supervision and presence. This provision must be strictly adhered to as Contractor & his staff will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any problem which may arise while cleaning the computer's outer surfaces

4.4 The guards/designated employees are hereby made responsible to physically search the Contractor's staff at the time of leaving the office premises to make sure that the Contractor's staff does not remove anything which belongs to the office. The Contractor's staff is only supposed to remove the garbage/refuse/trash from the premises and nothing else. If afterwards some item is reported missing, the Contractor or his staff cannot and will not be held responsible.

4.5. The Contractor shall assume no responsibility for any damage reported due to the negligence of the CLIENT staff members. If an incidence of damage occurs which relates to the nature of work undertaken by the Contractor's staff and the circumstances there is an evidence which proves that the janitorial staff acted in a negligent manner, the Contractor after satisfying himself will assume the responsibility of that and make good the loss.

5.1 The maintenance, cleanliness of all suspended or other electrical installations such as fans, light reflectors, computers (except computer monitor screens & outer surfaces), fax machines, photocopiers, etc. will not be included in Contractor's jurisdiction.

5.2. Weekly/Monthly Services which are mostly conducted on Saturdays, cannot be carried out due to the presence of the staff in the office. In that case obviously the services will be postponed to the next week.

6.1 The consideration for the janitorial services rendered by the Waste Management Pakistan, the Contractor will be at the rates given in Annex B hereof.

7.1 In the event of any complaint against any employee of the Contractor, CLIENT shall inform the Contractor of the same who shall then take the necessary remedial action.

8.2 It is mutually agreed that if a Waste Management Pakistan's employee leaves service or is terminated by the Waste Management Pakistan, then Client will not offer to employ or re-employee or take him in its service, on a permanent, contractual or daily-wage basis, under any circumstances, without the written consent of the Waste Management Pakistan as well as without No Objection Certificate issued by the authorized representative of the Waste Management Pakistan.

8.3 It is also mutually agreed that no Waste Management employee will be deputed within or out of the office premises, to perform certain work other than the one he has been deputed to perform.

9.2 In case of any dispute between the parties concerning any of the terms herein, the matter shall be referred to an arbitration to be decided by a sole arbitrator, to be appointed with the consent of both the parties, under the Arbitration Act, 1940.

9.4 Upon termination of the Agreement it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that its workmen, janitors and other employees who are working on behalf of the Contractor on CLIENT's premises are recalled or withdrawn from CLIENT's premises.

Cleaning of sensitive areas / Offices, if necessary/instructed, under Warid Telecoms designated staff supervision. Cleaning of cupboards and almirahs to be undertaken in the presence of the staff members of Warid Telecom as and when it is necessitated. Cleaning of venetion blinds. Spraying of disinfectants in the toilets, urinals and the drains.

1.3. The Contractor shall provide the following monthly services:
