0.75 1.0 % BRITASCOUR 1 exerts a rapid and even wetting action on the goods in processes like scouring, bleaching, garment processing etc. Scouring:0.75 1.5 % of BRITASCOUR 1 along with soda ash at 70 C for 45 60 mins effectively removes most of the oil residues present on cotton fibre. Desizing:0.75 1.0 % in exhaust & 2 to 4 gpl in padding of BRITASCOUR 1 In enzyme bath ensures through size removal. Continuous Boiling:Due to alkali stability, it has special application in the J Box / TRC. 2 gpl BRITASCOUR 1 in alkali saturator ensures rapid & even uptake of liquor, better cleansing & absorbency. Bleaching:0.75 to 1.5 % of BRITASCOUR 1 in bleach liquor produces better & uniform bleaching in lesser time.
