Chrome Plated End Handle: Chrome plated end handle mounts on either end of the roller cabinet to allow maximum control when moving. Double Wall Construction: Offers maximum chassis strength and assures smooth, easy operation and alignment of fully loaded drawers. High Performance Casters: Allow smooth and reliable mobility. Swivel casters have locking system.

CONSTRUCTION

Double wall construction provides structural strength and assures smooth, easy operation and alignment of fully loaded drawers. Lids remain securely open until chest storage is in the closed locked position. Heavy gauge, continuous piano hinge equipped with rustresistant stainless steel pin prevents punch-out and lid removal while still allowing easy opening and closing action. Locking lid stay provides support in open position, preventing the lid from falling when locked in position on standard units. Heavy duty gas struts featured on some models for assistance and safety.

CASTERS

Swivel and rigid casters provide easy rolling mobility and resistance to damaging effects of oil and solvents. Swivel casters contain side-lock brakes. Heavy duty large 6"x 2" casters are made of high thermoplastic rubber. Roller bearings provide easy rolling mobility and are resistant to gas, oil, and solvents.

Heavy gauge steel is used in a two-piece construction which adds load carrying strength and resists sagging. Built-in rear stiffener strengthens drawer. All drawers open to 100% full extension providing complete front-to-back access of the drawer and its contents. Full width drawer pulls provide simple, one-handed operation when opening or closing drawers. Commercial series utilizes ball-bearing slides with quick disconnects featured on all drawers allowing additional strength and carrying capacity for easy drawer movement. Utility duty series utilizes welded slides to the drawer sides and operates on the two-piece, I-beam drawer slides with beveled channel edges providing smooth drawer movement. This I-beam slide is stronger than a one-piece slide, which may split under heavy loads.

EXTERIOR OF DRAWERS
Pre-painted toolboxes are coated with iron phosphate that provides better paint adhesion and corrosion protection. Durable, baked-on polyester powder coat paint provides a top quality fade-resistant nish.
