Orders Every army in All Quiet has a commander (the player) represented by a unit on the table top. Commanders can issue orders at the start of their turn. For every 200 points in an army, a commander has one order marker. These order markers can be used to give selected units an extra action during the first movement phase. Issuing orders is subject to the rules appropriate to each army. If an army commander is destroyed during game play, no more orders may be issued. There will be rules for multiplayer command as well.
