INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT:


Assessing the spice market in NCR(National Capital Region) and carving out the top companies in the Region. Segmentation of Spice consuming population and analysing market oppurtuinity for a new product to target audience Designing brochures and templates and other promotional materials were brand promotional campany of sunrise foods Assist with the team regarding various ATL in BTL activities.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:


Provide an easy and simple way to create and roll out innovative services to reduce development time, costs and risks Provide a unified and seamless way to deliver services over heterogeneous execution platforms, network and terminals Enrich the service landscape, through an overlay structure supporting the users and offering a personalized user experience anytime, anyplace; Create a trusted and open platform that will simplify the use of services, devices through personalization and customization Enrich current service platform functionality with content management features and intelligent service-controlled context-information processing Open-up to new business models & value chains. Enable Pan-European service provisioning, and seamless roaming of applications and services across commercial and national borders Promote the uptake of innovative IT software technologies in a telecommunications grade service platform environment.

METHODLOGY:
1) Quantitative methodologies - involves those methodologies, such as closed surveys structured interviews and sociograms (diagrammatic representations of interactions between individuals) which enable data (concrete or conceptual) to be collected, measured and compared with a standard.

2). Qualitative methodologies - Involves a phenomenological perspective whereby researchers aim to understand report and evaluate the meaning of events for people in particular situations, that is, how their social world is structured by the participants in it. The focus of qualitative methodologies is the way in which participants (rather than the researcher) interpret their experiences and construct reality. Keeping a track of updated and modern requirements of today's changing world and we continuously upgrade and modernize our plants by innovating new mixtures and blends of condiment powders and spices for several cooking purposes.

Research and Development (R&D)


Quality leads all other aspects of the products. Believing in our theory and motto our sheer quality, we have invested largely on our Research and Development Department to assure the desired quality standards. We maintain our consistency in procuring and blending these spices, which we process using the finest and best raw spices and ensure all the procedures of quality testing, sampling and controlling.

Warehousing Facilities

The production and cultivation practices of spices depends on various different aspects including Processing, Seedbed preparation, Adaptability, Fertilization, Harvesting, Seeding, Site selection, Storage and Weed control. Moreover, the adaptation to organic cultivation throughout our operations is a step to our commencement to assure ecofriendly crops. Incorporating several methods of cultivation like Bio-Control Agents, Natural Fertilizers, Organic Manures etc, is possible due to our sustainable farming.

The nature itself aid us to satisfy our customers with our diverse products and services. We come out with a thorough

Packaging of Products
Packaging of food items plays a crucial role in delivering quality to the customers. Keeping that in mind, we specifically use non-pollutant and hygienic packaging materials to store these spices in a sterile environment, keeping them away from any sort of impurity or contaminant. These packages are accurately labeled in accord with regulatory requirements. The packages are available in various sizes starting from 5/10g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 500g. Moreover, our customers can also avail from us the spices in special cardboard boxes or laminated pouches for security from spilling. On one side papads are packed in pouches of 100g, 200g, 500g and 1 kg, whereas on the other mustard oil is sold in 200, 500, & 1 litre. Pouches, bottles and jars of5 lt.

Work Done Till Date:


Before commencing the project, I analysed the issue related with company by interacting with wholesale distributors. Before starting with our research, I tested the market condition and issues related with Sunrise Foods through various sample questionnaire. After completion of our testing in market, I prepared final Set of Interview questionnaire for whole distributors. Till date, the interaction with wholesale distributors is completed in Delhi. Findings on the basis of Questionnaire


As the Company asked to find out various aspects of the market so as to penetrate the market in an effective and efficient manner , the following finding are made 1. The existing brand in Delhi , NCR market are the following(Random arrangement) Everest Catch MDG Goldiee Priya Ramdev Foods 2. MDH , Everest , Catch are the three most preferred brands on descending order 3. Ramdev Foods is the fastest going vegetarian spice brand 4. Catch and MDH are the most consisted brands from the last three years. 5. Primafacie Goldiee masala have lost much of its share in the market and it would not be wrong to say that it surprisingly false in the declining brands categories accompanied by Priya Spices. 6. Sunrise HALDI and JALJEERA masala powder could be the one which could take over the same category products of MDH , Catch and Everest.
