Create Constancy of purpose for improvement of product and service:
Improving product:
Improve the quality within the company.
Providing service:
Instead making money from business Dr. Deming emphasize on providing better service to the people.
Conversation:
We are agreed with drs point that improves the quality of your product within the company. Being a business man I will adopt the strategy which will better for company heath in long run. If company has a short term policy it will not meet the requirements of the modern ages. So nearly thrown out from business race. Trained and qualify employees have a wish of secure jobs, if they have no proper satisfaction about their jobs so that they will move. It can improve by giving them a proper environment. Some of company see that they are not earning the proper profit; they quit or exert pressure on employees. As result the employees look for other option.
Example:
An American company make a 100 products and Quality check department brought 2 defective pieces. The throughout the 2 defective pieces. They are not checking the reason behind this.
Conversation:
Japan adopted new philosophy. They focused that their product best reliable in the world. It not possible that your product is free from defects. But it is possible to minimize the defects by smooth operation and process. It will make your product healthy as compare to market. American business was tolerant of poor workmanship. But Dr. Deming emphasizes that if you are monitoring the workmanship. They will make mistakes and it will badly affect you item.

There are two ways to improve the quality. Old way: That inspects your product throughout the defective pieces. This is not proper way to testify the work of the employees. It will give chance to the employees to make mistake. And they will make compromise in the on quality. New way: Build good process to optimize the defects. Zero defects will not achieve but establish a process which will help to minimize defects.

Quality of product based on process and quality of the raw material. Some companies buy the cheapest price and they try to decrease the Cost price. But if we buy the cheap material automatically we are spoiling the quality. Which will make the customer to see towards the other companies? Instead of buying low price material we should make the gentleman promise with the supplier. By this you can by good material and low price.

There are so many stories that some workers of ABC company Leave Company. There are so many reasons behinds this. One of the major reasons is; you are providing proper GUIDE LINE. Because the company is not providing the proper training so workers do not know either they are working proper or not. For example if company is buying some new machines so it is necessary to hire some official to handle the new machines. These officials can train the untrained the workers. The untrained workers can cause the serious problems. Like waste of money and systematic errors in machines. If they are properly trained a lot of money and time should be saved

There is personality in the field which influence the people and workers. This is better this personality has a +ve effect on the attitude worker otherwise it will prove harm full for the company

In some companies supervisors are the personalities rules the management in their own way but Dr. Deming emphasize that a supervisor should be soft and kind hearted. In some cases employees needs individual help but most of supervisors failed to survive properly. Its human nature that if someone delegate authority than he will try to fulfil it. If some employee makes any mistake then supervisor behave as employee realize his\her mistake and warn him\her for next time. Somme of management makes an issue on the single mistake of employees. Dr. declines this behaviour.

Employees feels hesitation to ask question either they are doing right or wrong. Dr. motivates and tells the management that if this fear will not drive out then company will face large economic problems. This fear and hesitation can be Drive out by Different activities among employees like by training. Usually the managements cut the salaries of the employees if they are not working well. This is the major cause of the fear. Employees feel fear that if they ask question or give any idea, which is infecting beneficial for company, make the supervisor unhappy. Due to this employees continue doing wrong things.

A company has lake of communication among the departments then it will make u insane. For example if company pick an order and the departments do know about this then company does not work. Because every department keep going with own aims. And dept. tries to fulfil their aim for happiness of their boss. For some bonus etc. but if they are not sharing their ideas or aims with other department, it will create a big flaw. Their escorts become fruitless. A leader helps and directs the departments to optimise these gaps.

It one of most favourable method for motivating employees. For this method we give awards for employees, little bonus etc. for example if teacher in the class calls a student who het good marks to stage and appreciate him. Then automatically he works hard for next time.

This is not the proper way to motivate employees and salepersons. In this way any company or department can never move towards progress. For example if any supervisor give order to employee to manufacture a number of items per hour. Than employee will work fulfil order not for quality?

In the modern age every single things is standardize. Its matters for the Quality. In a unit if you are not providing good conditions and humidity. Then workers feel insecure a d restless. In this condition they will not work well. If the high grade managing having air conditions rooms and better environment than other employees then it will discriminate the people and it is not well for the company. For example the super wiser has a cooler for water but the unit employee does not have any cooler or even fan. As the employees are also human beings.

Values change as time pass. It means the requirements change. To compete with other and improvement of Quality it is necessary to educate your employees on company expenditure. It is very help for company to compete . if your employees and worker are not educated then they will not able to compete. Like COCACOLA, it sends their best employess for education and training thats why they are nor defeat able.

Culture of the company is very important thing. for changing the culture of the company only the employees are not enough there is need of a proper help for such things because if management will also works with them than different ideas of seniors will also be share with them Planning is very important for complication of any work or any project.it is like the base of a building. After that there is need to carry out changes to check and act the plan if there is any mistake or need to change an idea after that we will successfully able to go ahead according to the plan.
