(NITIN SAINI) Complaint has been stated verbally and brought to the notice of Magistrate of First class Rohini Court having proper jurisdiction. As per law Magistrate has to issue directions and notice be issued to concerned authorities. As per law complaint can be stated before any magistrate or judge of any court having jurisdiction or not. It is the duty of that magistrate or judge to forward the complaint to right magistrate or judge who will look into the matter. As per law if magistrate does not do the same he is not doing his duty and action is to be taken against that magistrate. After the failure of this it is the duty of Department of Justice to look into the matter. Correct me if I am wrong or is there any other law as law is based of common sense.
