There are four ways to get to Brno by plane.
Brno airport (www.airport-brno.cz). RyanAir (www.ryanair.com) is operating direct and cheap flights between Brno and Stansted (London). Cirrus Airlines (www.cirrus-airlines.de) operate flights between Brno and Munich. Czech Airlines operate (twice a day) flights Praha-Brno (more details on www.csa.cz).

Vienna airport (www.viennaairport.com) - international airport in Austria. Vienna airport is about 2 hours drive from
Student Agency (www.studentagency.cz) operate direct bus connection from Vienna (city, airport) to Brno. There are four connections each day (Vienna airport->Brno 8:05 a.m., 11:05 a.m., 6:05 p.m., 8:30 p.m., Brno->Vienna airport 3:05 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 15:15 p.m.). Transport by bus from Vienna airport to Brno takes about 2,5 hours. Price of transport: 150 - 300 CZK (5 10). Alternatively, there is a fast transport link (S-Bahn) from the airport to the centre of Vienna calling at the railway station that serves Brno. Czech Railways perate quick IC, EC connections between Vienna-Brno-Prague.
Prague airport (www.csa.cz) - international airport in the Czech Republic is about 2 hours drive from Brno. There is a good motorway connection. Czech Airlines operate (twice a day) flights Praha-Brno.
Student Agency operates direct bus connection from Prague (city, airport) to Brno. There are more than ten connections in both directions each day. Transport by bus from Prague airport takes 3,5 hours. Price of transport: about 150 CZK (6 EUR).
Bratislava airport (www.letiskobratislava.sk) - international airport in Slovakia. This is a smaller airport but some low-cost airlines use it. There is a bus line (no. 61) from the airport to the central train station that serves Brno (from the airport to the bus station you should use bus lines 61+201).
Student Agency operates bus connection from Bratislava to Brno. There are there bus connections each day (Bratislava bus station->Brno 4:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 19:15 p.m., Brno->Bratislava bus station 8:50 a.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m.). Transport by bus takes 2 hours. Price of transport: 140 170 CZK (5 6). Alternatively, there is very good train (EC,IC) connection between Vienna-Brno.
BY RAIL
Brno is one of the most important Central European rail junctions, as it is situated on the international BalkanBudapest-Prague-Berlin-Scandinavia rail route. Euro City trains on the Vienna-Prague route have stopped at Brno since 1991, and the City of Brno is taking an active part in the VRT, a project for the creation of a European network of highspeed rail routes. Brno is situated at the intersection of the D1 (Prague - Brno) and D2 (Brno - Bratislava) motorways. Both these motorways form part of the trans-European highways East-West (France - Ukraine: E50) and North-South (Scandinavia - the Balkans: E55, E65).
