A School's postcode is used as part of the login procedure. However, a postcode can be difficult for students to remember. To overcome this problem, you can use a postcode alias instead. The alias must be at least four characters in length. It is typically the school's name or an abbreviation of the name.

The person we should contact in the first instance to deal with any queries.

The Curriculum Manager (CM) will be able to monitor the homework activities for all classes and students. This role would typically be filled by the Head of Department but may also be filled by a a KS Co-ordinator or perhaps by a Head of Faculty. A school may have more than one CM account.
The Database Administrator (DBA) will be able to add, amend or delete your student, teacher or class records on the icthomework site. Two DBA accounts are recommended to cover the case where a DBA may be absent from school.

Comment Please check for these and remove Please check for these and remove

A student's forename and surname are combined to form part of a user login ID. To avoid students having to type in a long user ID, please consider using only the student's first forename.

If a student has a preferred forename name that he or she would like to use then just give this name. Please avoid using extraneous characters such as brackets or quote marks.
