If you intend to use DBISAM Viewer after the trial period of 30 days, you must register your copy of DBISAM Viewer or stop using it. You have the non-exclusive right to use any enclosed program only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. You may physically transfer the program from one computer to another, provided that the program is used only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. In group projects where multiple persons will use the program, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group or purchase the site/company license. License types Personal license: one license allows to install and use our product on one home computer (one person) only. You can use the product for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non-commercial environment. Business license: one license allows to install and use our product in a corporate, government or business environment on one computer. Site license: you can install and use our product on an unlimited number of computers in one domain. The registered DBISAM Viewer software may not be rented, leased or transferred. The DBISAM Viewer unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the DBISAM Viewer without written permission from the copyright holder. The DBISAM Viewer is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of DBISAM Viewer and for results obtained. Mike Shkolnik makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the DBISAM Viewer and, with respect thereto, DBISAM Viewer shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the Viewer including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
