Affiants free exercise of religious belief and accountability to the universal laws of nature and of natures god, as originally embodied upon the adoption of the Constitution, includes the natural sense of an inherent moral duty toward mankind. This proclamation, duly of record within San Diego county, California state, establishes the status of affiant, and is conclusive evidence to any and all conditional presumptions by any and all
