Article One: Purpose of this Law

Article premier: Objet de la prsente loi La prsente loi porte mission, organisation et fonctionnement de la Commission de la Fonction Publique ci-aprs dnomme la Commission. Article 2 : Sige de la Commission Le sige de la Commission est tabli dans la Ville de Kigali, Capitale de la Rpublique du Rwanda. Il peut, en cas de ncessit, tre transfr en tout autre lieu du territoire du Rwanda.

Adherent members are physical persons who, upon request and after subscription to the present statutes, shall be agreed by the General Assembly. Shall be considered as honorary member any person to whom the General Assembly shall grant that title due to special and appreciable support rendered or render able to the organization. Founder members and adherent are both effective members. Article 8: Honorary members shall be proposed by the Executive Board and approved by the General Assembly. They play a consultative role, but have no right to votes in the General Assemblys meetings. Article 9: Founder members and adherent members are both effective members of the organization. They have the same rights and responsibilities.
