The state language of instruction at RTTEMA is Latvian, therefore almost all courses are taught in Latvian following the regulations imposed by the Law on State Language. Although we offer more than 100 courses in English for our exchange students in the field of Pedagogy and Social Sciences. For exchange students it is highly advisable to take an intensive Latvian language course, so that they can be a part of the study process and integrate into the academic environment. Our staff is fluent in foreign languages (English, German or Russian) and can provide individual study plans for incoming students. APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES


To apply for a LLP/Erasmus study period at RTTEMA, each applicant should send per post the following documents, addressing them to the International Office: application form with a photo transcript of records learning agreement a copy of passport

The deadline for applications for exchange students (e.g., EU LLP/Erasmus exchange students) is: July 15 for the autumn semester December 15 for the spring semester
