Friend: How to evaluate; some basics If spontaneous candidacy: did you receive an answer? Has firm been recommended? First approach: was it Clear? (job specs?; Personal? Discrete? Respectful? (ie: Am I catching you at a bad time?) Hi Pressure? Open, two way communication? Followed up with a job description (except highly confidential searches)
