We are in the business of Soul winning, which is the very reason for your living, and it does matter where you work or what you do, you are a man or woman on a mission to soul winning. Soul winning means that we go out of our comfort to reach someone that needs Christ. We make a decision to reach out to someone for Christ..

Soul winning is Gods number 1 job. You are a missionary to your world. it means that we take interest in someone who hasnt known much of Jesus, Helping people find their way in Christ. Matthew 28:19 Each one of us must disciple others. This is the reason for Cell leadership in the House of God. Who is a Cell Leader? A cell leader is someone who is responsible and accountable for someone else who hasnt known Christ, and someone who has received Christ but has not observed to do the commandment of Jesus. A cell leader is a carrier of the vision of the ministry. You are a cell leader or a nominee, so that you can become accountable for someone else.

A CELL LEADERS SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT As a cell leader you, must make spiritual advancement through Prayer. 1peter 2: 2. Ephesians 3:14 Prayer is an effective tool for communication and influence. When you dont pray as a leader, you cant see. You become more sensitive to the spirit of God, when you pray. When you pray, you receive enablement, grace and strength to achieve great result. Without prayer, must of your effort will be wasted!!! You cannot lead someone you are not praying for , through prayer you reconstruct the minds of your members to conform to Gods word. As a cell leader that always complain about the members not coming for cell meeting is a leader that does not pray for his members.

As a cell leader you must create a prayer time for self and for the members of your cell. As a cell leader you must never underestimate the place of prayer, otherwise there will be no definite result. As a cell leader, you must give yourself to the Word and follow the word of God. The Word of God is the Building block for your spirit and for a sound Christian life. You cannot give, what you dont have. Without the word, there is no spiritual leader. There is a frame of mind that comes from studying the Word. Roman 12;1-3. Act 20;32. As a cell leader, you have to attend church services and ministry programs at different levels. These meetings are vital and instrumental to your growth in the things of God. Attending meetings in a prove of your commitment to the Vision. It doesn't have to be convenient, but we make up our mind to follow the vision. Attending meetings makes you an effective follower.

A CELL LEADERS MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPEMENT : DONT STRUGGLE ON THE JOB! !!! As a cell leader you must tithe consistently and plan your service offering. This is Gods financial plan for your prosperity. Your offering is an act of your worship to God. A cell leader must be involved financial in the work of the ministry by giving. As you give, you have the capacity to do more. Money is your defense. A cell leader must take ownership of work of the ministry by giving. John 3:16 Improving your skills As a cell leader you must improve on your communication and listening skills. As a cell leader you must improve on your documentation and writing skills As a Cell leader , you have to be determined and ready to make a difference

PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND HYGIENE As a cell leader, you must smell good and appear neatit is part of your dressing, both inward and outward. Learn to eat systematically, especially in public gathering. Be very organize in every occasion and at every point in time. Take good proper care of your body and hairsEat very well balance diet every day for effective healthy living.
