For the past two school years, the principal's policy is not to allow SES providers on campus. It makes it impossible therefore to promote the NCLB program. When I discussed this matter with Dr. Hare of the DISD back in November, 2008, she told me to give her time to work on the problem with the school. Per the email below, she advises that it is the school's prerogative and policy. I completely disagree with this. It was my understanding that the school's receiving NCLB funds for their students must reasonably make an effort to promote the program and opportunities to the parents/students.
