INTRODUCTION

We are pleased to present a simple guide to enable you to acquire Basic Conversational Skills in the Arabic Language. This guide will introduce you to most of the commonly used words and sentences. Additionally we have also incorporated some of the common phrases that are used in a Sales / Service / Parts context. Language learning for adults is a complex process. Success in this field happens only when the learner is willing to shed his inhibitions and start using the language in his day-to-day interactions. Though a few mistakes could be made in the initial stages, these would soon be overcome with regular practice and usage. This guide book has been developed by Human Resources in consultation with some of our operating personnel and our Communication Team. We seek your feedback on this to enable us to further improve on the same. If you would like additional words / phrases to be incorporated in the future issues of this guide, please send us these details in the response sheet which is attached and the same will be taken up for consideration when the next issue is made.
