Ari is from Montclair, NJ; attended Rutgers University and received a BA from University of Louisville in1986. She has worked for Humana, Baptist USA, and AMEX. Ari became a Tantra relationship coach in 1995, began writing in 1998 and self published her first book in 2000. Ari started her publishing company in 2005, by 2009 Ari has published 30 books that empowers people.
