significance to us.
While caring for the environment, especially the closest surroundings, we
undertake to meet the appropriate legal requirements and also aim at
reducing our environmental impact through the continuous improvement of
technologies and production flow as well as pollution prevention.
We are fulfilling the goals of our Policy through the following actions:
implementing, maintaining and improving continually the Integrated
Quality Management and Environmental Management System according
to PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2005,
selecting the qualified staff and improving their skills,
formulating the belief that each company employee is responsible for
quality and environmental impact,
cooperating with customers based on trust and mutual benefits,
monitoring the customers needs and prospect requirements,
selecting the suppliers appropriately to ensure the satisfaction of quality

The weight and the moment of inertia have been determined for the clutch with the maximum hole without a splineway with one
TW bush and one TZ bush.
Applications: pumps; fans; belt and roller conveyors; cranes; stirrers; other machinery and equipment.
The clamping bushes enable easy installation and dismounting of the coupling without having to utilise specialist tools, e.g.
turnbuckles or heaters, etc. (only hexagonal key is needed). You just install the coupling (after sliding it onto the sleeve pin and
hub) by tightening or loosening two (three) bolts or screws tightening the coupling hub on the set sleeve and pin. The bush is
made with splineway and with an appropriate loose hole, accommodated to the pin diameter.
Elastic pad working conditions: work in the environment with pH of 512 at temperature of -30o to +80o(temporarily up to +100o).
Resistance to chemicals, including: common solvents, fuels, oils and lubricants, sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, soda lye, salty
water and many other chemical substances.
The ASRT coupling hub may be juxtaposed with the ASR, ASRX hubs in any way thus forming the complete coupling.
We are also offering tailor-made special versions.

We produce splineways as recommended, normally acc. to PN-70/M-85005, with the Js9 tolerance.
Material - steel, rubber cord fabric (rubber membrane).
1)
A hole larger than the one provided in the table can be made when agreed.
2)
On request, we produce couplings with hub lengths different than the nominal and extended lengths provided in the table. The l
2
dimension is the minimum dimension.
3)
A size different than the one provided in the table can be made when agreed.
4)
The recommended deviations up to 10% of the maximum deviation value.
Applications: the couplings feature membranes made of rubber cord fabric with very high fatigue strength and high flexibility. The
couplings attenuate the curve of changes in torques, damp vibrations and compensate the irregular setting of the assemblies
working together. They are used in belt conveyors, scraper conveyors; crushers, stirrers, compressors, fans. They are designed for
work with motors and engines.
Rubber membrane working conditions: work at temperature of -30o do +100o A coupling with membranes made
of non-flammable rubber are made on special order.
We are also offering tailor-made special versions

The clamping bushes enable easy installation and dismounting of the coupling without having to utilise specialist tools, e.g.
turnbuckles or heaters, etc. (only hexagonal key is needed). You just install the coupling (after sliding it onto the sleeve pin and
hub) by tightening or loosening two (three) bolts or screws tightening the coupling hub on the set sleeve and pin. The sleeve is
made with splineway and with an appropriate loose hole, accommodated to the pin diameter.
Tyre working conditions: work at temperature of -50C do +50CA coupling with non-flammable and antistatic tyre can be
delivered on order designed for work at -15C to +70C.
The ASOT coupling hubs may be juxtaposed with the ASO coupling hubs (product sheet No. 60ASO) thus forming the complete
coupling.

Material - steel, rubber cord fabric (bows)
1)
On request, we produce couplings with hub lengths different than the nominal and extended lengths provided in the table.
2)
The recommended deviations up to 10% of the maximum deviation value.
Applications: the couplings feature bows made of rubber cord fabric with very high fatigue strength and high flexibility. The
couplings attenuate the curve of changes in torques, damp vibrations and compensate the irregular setting of the assemblies
working together. They are used in belt conveyors, fluid stirrers, pumps, compressors, centrifuges, fans.
Bow working conditions: work at temperature of -25C do +60C A coupling with bows made of non-flammable rubber can be
made on special request.
We are also offering tailor-made special versions.

Brake material: ductile cast iron; stainless steel pins; asbestos-free brake lining; thrustorcase - aluminium.
Application: The two-shoe radial brakes with the electromagnetic thrustor of the ZE or EB type (and derivative
types) are designed for work with brake drums on their external face. They are applied in the drives of: vcranes,
vcontinuous transport equipment, v machines for: steel, construction, paper and mining industry (not requiring
special approvals) and others.
Working conditions: The brake is designed for work in moderate climate, on the ground. When working outdoor, it
is recommended to cover the brake against direct rainfall.
Basically, the brake is designed for work in the horizontal position (the base is fitted to the horizontal surface). Work
in the position deflected from vertical position is possible only after consultation with the manufacturer.
Thrustor:
- ZE...S...; EB...C...
- ZEW...S...
- ZEM...S...
- thrustor with the brake spring, [operating mode S1, S3 to 100% 2000 c/h ]
- thrustor with the brake spring and connector (allows to signal the upper piston rod position)
[operating mode S1, S3 do 100% 2000 c/h ]
- thrustor with the brake spring and electromagnet (maintains the piston in its upper position
while cutting off supply of the thrustor motor) [ type of work S1, S3 40% 600 c/h ]
38 V DC electromagnet supply voltage, current intensity of 0,4 A.
/ S1- continuous work; S3- intermittent work /
The ZE type thrustors can be made with delay valves: P- lifting, O- lowering, T- lifting and lowering [operating mode
S1, S3 40% 600 c/h]. Example of designation of the brake with parameters as in the example above in the version

OEZWS-2 FLAMEPROOF ELECTROMAGNETIC
LOCKS OF SHAFT GATES
Prod. sheet No.
24 ZWS
Example of designation of the 220 V AC OEZWS-2 electromagnetic lock of shaft gates in the left
version, supplied with 20 mm diameter cable:
OEZWS-2 - 220- L- 20 Lock
03.2005
L left version P right version
Functional parameters: TheOEZWS-2 lock is produced in two design versions: L left and P right (see figure) and two voltage
classes: 127 V AC and 220 V AC.
The lock can be supplied with (depending on the size of the installed sealing ring) with the 12w28 mm diameter cable. If no
information is available on the supply cable diameter, the lock is delivered with a sealing ring for 18w20 mm cable.
The lock is intended for work at the ambient temperature of -5oC to +40oC and relative humidity of 95p2%
Application: The OEZWS-2 lock is designed for safe use in underground and ground mines exposed to the threat of methane or
coal dust explosion and bears the following marking:
I M2 EEx d I
The OEZWS-2 lock conforms to Directive 94/9/EC and EN 50014:1997+A1,A2 and EN 50018:2000 as ascertained by the EC
(WE) type test certificate: FTZ 05 ATEX 0010X
Principle: The OEZWS-2 flameproof electromagnetic lock for shaft gates is intended for lifting equipment in shafts. It enables to
open the shaft gate only if the shaft gate is present and authorisation for the given level is given. If the cage stops at the
inappropriate level and authorisation is given, the suitable electric circuit (not incorporated in the lock and not delivered as
bundled) should energise the electromagnet supply circuit integrated within the lock.
An interlock is raised preventing the lock from being open. After releasing the lock, a striker is lifted after deflecting the handle
61
An interlock is raised preventing the lock from being open. After releasing the lock, a striker is lifted after deflecting the handle
allowing to open the shaft gates. If there is no voltage at electromagnet clamps, the deflection of the handle is blocked and, as a
result, it cannot be unlocked. During personal ride or shaft inspection, the shaft gates can be opened from the side of the shaft by
lifting the lock striker (accessible only from the side of the shaft).
The lock is also equipped with a hand button (that can be accessed after breaking off the leaden seal) for emergency unlocking
from the side of the shaft gates when voltage at electromagnet terminals is off.
