The Single Life: FAMILY Our Parents and siblings are important but: They eat too much

ch of your time > They always need you; to much chores They suck the life out of you > you don't have time for yourself or for things that you want to do. You want to value them but: You don't have time for them You are not close to them Your family is not that kind of a family You are not in good terms with them Your family live far away You only give them money You don't know how.

Romans 12: 9-10 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

When you have spoken unwise words, win them back by admitting your mistake and apologizing to them. Let go of

your pride. d. Encourage one another. Proclaim God's word. > Colossians 4: 6 Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

2. TIME

a.

Spend quality and quantity time with them. > Without time we cannot build memories. > Without memories we cannot build relationships. > The more we build our relationships the more time we want to

spend with them.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. > Allot time for your family. Talk to them. Ask how they have been.

1 John 3:18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

3. TRUTH

> You cannot do the rst two (Tongue and Time) if you don't know the TRUTH.

John 15: 5 I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. > Read your Bible. It is where you can know the Truth. Unless you know God's loving kindness, mercy and compassion, it will be hard for you to be loving, merciful and compassionate.
