EVALUATION TOOL FOR EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS TRIP

An evaluation is a very important tool to improve services and learning process. Below are the items to be considered for evaluation of Business Educational Trip. In this pro-forma evaluation, 5 is the highest while 1 is the lowest. the following are the descriptions of the parameters: 1-Not All 2-Very Limited 3- Good 5- Excellent 4- Very Good

I learned patience, self-sacrifice, self-control, generosity and humility. 5 3. I learned to value cleanliness, timeliness and consideration for others. 4. I learned to enjoy the company of my classmates, teachers and others. 5. I learned the proper courtesy, attitude, and manner in dealing with other people including those in authority. 5 C. Places Visited 1. The places were clean, safe, spacious and orderly. 2. The places were rich sources of knowledge. 1

D. Content 1. I discovered something new about the theoretical lessons in practice. 1 2. The hotels were clean, presentable and hospitable.
