After completing this module, students will be able to: Understand and apply basic contract law in the working environment Understand and apply basic company law in the working environment Understand and apply basic bankruptcy law in the working environment Understand and apply basic company law in the working environment This module provides students with the skills needed in identifying and determining basic contract law. Students will be assessed on how they are able to apply their skills through the lecture and group projects presented to them.
