POKKY XX CONCEPT POKKY XX is a portable handheld terminal, a new kind of order book. This superior order entry system will bring you profit, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and control, a combination never expected from a point-of-sale system. Order entry is a single step and effortless. Servers and restaurant managers can place orders at tableside or from any part of the restaurant dining room, bar, or reception area. One is used by each server to key in, review and verify table orders and controls all customer service functions throughout the meal. As the server leaves the table, clear, accurate orders and modifiers are recorded and dispatched to service printers Without errors in food or beverage preparation, runners deliver the product to the customers surprise and delight. ACTIVITY REPORTS POKKY XX activity reports become powerful business tools that will free your time for more productive, imaginative activity. You can receive information as it occurs, at the close of each shift or business day, or at a later time. These reports let you to monitor all business functions of your restaurant or club, allowing you to anticipate problems and correct errors fast. House Account tracking, customer statements, and cash receipts program included with basic report program. Interim, Daily and Periodic reports track server and total revenue, sales, VOIDS, COMPS and DISCOUNTS and include: The sales in both bar and restaurant mode, and the amount of sales tax, the guest number and the average sale per guest in restaurant mode. The number of bills and the average sale per bill in bar mode. The total revenue by payment and discount type and tax and service charges. The sales per waiter with a breakdown by payment and discount type. List of the items sold, with the value of quantities sold, by dish family, by department and by server. List of items VOID, COMP or CHARGED by server and the corresponding value Separate revenue reports for each service center as required. A consolidated revenue report will be printed as well. TRAINING
We take a thorough well-planned approach to training your staff. Training can include back office, management, and server instruction, and support in the restaurant upon going live, based on your requirements and budget. The length of training depends on the size and scope of the system to be installed. Standard training time included with an installation provides for several sessions for orientation, instruction and testing, and for hands-on use at tableside. More time may be necessary to accommodate a larger staff and optional software modules. This and additional on-site training, continuing education workshops, and seminars are also available at a reasonable cost. POKKY XX makes training a fresh and exciting endeavor for servers. The servers productivity will reach acceptable levels in a number of days. Your staff gains confidence. Their attitude remains high and positive. Thorough training of service management and system support staff would begin soon after their selection. These key staff members would be offered theoretic and practical training in a classroom setting. We will assist in developing a custom training guide specific to the needs and policies of your store. Maintenance staff would be trained on the system operation and service to printers, cabling, and computer troubleshooting. Based on the installation timeline, a working system will be installed and available as staff is recruited and a formal training program begins well before the opening of your store. Quarterly review and update to the training program and continued telephone support is available as required throughout the first year of operation for a moderate fee.
