with my sergeant, and that was the end. Q Okay did the -- did that FDLE agent ever

call you back -A Q A Q No. -- for a follow up or anything? No. Okay, no. The FDLE agent, he called your

cell phone or department landline? A Q A My work cell phone. Work cell phone. Okay.

It was an individual who I have worked

with in the past, I just forget his name. Q A Okay. But no information was given. He just

said that an FDLE agent from I guess Central Florida was going to be looking into some things. Q A Okay. And I said I'll have to put you in touch

with a supervisor because I know the sensitivity to the case.

Right. I didn't want to get involved in it. Did -- did they -- did he specify any

particular information, oh, we're going to need to look for this or that? A Q A No. Or just basically -Just that there was going to be an agent

from I think it was Central Florida -Q A Q A Okay. -- that was going to want to reach out. Okay. And I said, right away, I told him that

agent is going to have to get in touch with my sergeant. Q Okay, now is that normal? Would that be

common for them to reach out? A division. It's extremely common in an investigative I mean, agents are constantly calling us

and we're sharing information as well as us asking other agencies to share information with us. Q A Okay. I just realize the sensitivity of this

case and knew where it was going to go so I, in turn, forwarded it to my supervisor.

other contact since then, not with that particular individual but from any other agencies? A Q A Q I have not been involved with this. At all? At all. Okay, has anybody from within our agency Asked of you information

Okay, did you happen to see any media out

here at GIU around about that time of March 28? A Q A Q A Q A Q On that day, no. At any time? I've seen Rosh Lowe across the street. Okay, do you recall the day? No I don't. Okay, did you have contact with Rosh Lowe? No. Okay, did you see him -- you said he was

across the street? A He was -- I was leaving GIU. He was

parked across the street.

white Dodge Magnum and he was outside of the car on his cell phone pacing on the sidewalk and I kind of started laughing because I figured he was going to get jacked in this neighborhood. Q Okay, did you -- regarding any of the

reports regarding T.M. have you released it to anybody, have you printed them out? A Q A Q No I have not. Have you looked at the reports? No I have not. Okay, has anybody asked you or any other

co-worker here, has anybody asked you hey look, I have it on my computer here? A Q A Q No. And take a peak at it? No. Okay, have you seen -- regarding T.M. case

have you seen any of our detectives here take a picture with their cell phones? A Q camera? A Q A No I have not. Any property regarding T.M.? No I have not.

what the alleged act is. Q It's -- well there was some activities

regarding the T.M. case of reports that we have on the file. Viewing, printing, and disseminating it

to the media. A Q Okay. But the media specifically said they got

it from here. A Okay, if that's what they said I don't

know nothing about it. Q Okay, so has everything you've said here
