the detergent or not.

9) This machine provides two alternative ways of washing: detergent solution washing
and fresh water washing.

Main Equipment Character

1). Main Frame Structure: The whole frame structure adopts deep-galvanized steel, and high precision jointing to extend the lifetime of whole system. 2). Train Diagnosis System: This Train Diagnosis System mainly diagnosis the train entrance and the send the signal to PLC to control the whole train washing plant automatically. Far infrared scanning system provide accurate computer signal for PLC. It has IP56 class of waterproof. 3). High Pressure Pre-washing System: This system adopts stainless steel standing Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, keeping high clean affection for train. Water supply system composes of rinsing and recycling water system, including water pump, pipeline, valve, water tank and location water of control etc. The structure of water tank used advanced whole closed round mold. Water pump choices imported centrifugal pump, pipeline and bullock are made up of stainless steel. 4). Detergent Spraying System: This system is consisted of nozzle, stainless steel pipe, pump, and container and so on. This system adopts Siphon technology, and can adjust spraying detergent according to

requirements with stability work, homogeneous spraying, easily maintenance and so on advantages. 5). Vertical Brush System: .This system construct height is 4.2 meters (Note: it can redesign according to the train of the client, but the client need supply the exact dimension of the train). Vertical brushes are controlled by Pneumatic Control System and Driving Motor power is 1.5 kw and can get IP 55 protection grade. The decelerator adopts aluminum materials and its differential speed as 1:16. Driving Flange adopts High Carbon Steel materials and proceeds antirust treatment and surface spray coating treatment and the lifetime is about 40 years. The whole system can install in air outside without effecting this system lifetime and the noise is not over 20 db. .Brushes adopts German-made PE material; the five-star-shaped design of the structure can achieve the best cleaning results, also high water capacity about 35% with advantages of small noise, frication and so on. Head face of brushes adopts side-split design and it show more soft for train side, increase the clean effect in the washing process. Color can be collocated according to customers requirements. .Washing Pressure: the washing pressure of AUTOBASE Washing System can adjust according to difference vehicle and its washing pressure adjustment scope can get 1.8-3.5 KGF, meeting all vehicle washing. .Washing Tube adopts High Carbon Steel materials and process antirust treatment and surface spray coating treatment and the lifetime is about 40 years. Brushes length can get 45 cm when expanding. Bushes fixed on the Rubber Bottom and per piece of brush fixed on rubber bottom with Brush Tube can get 18 cm height and diameter can get 12-14 cm.
