Team Leader/Sr. RF Engineer for Zain Swap project for 2G & 3G from Ericsson to Huawei Highlights Planned the DT Route for pre-benchmarking and post-benchmarking for swapping of Ericsson/ ALU RNC to Huawei RNC using the DT tool Genex Probe V 2.2 and WCDMA Scanner TSMLW. Detailed analysis of log file for the parameters such as RSCP, Ec/Io, Rx Power, Tx Power, PSC, RLC throughput and also reasons for CSSR, call drop, HSDPA low DL/UL throughput. Based on the log file analysis, prepared reports according to client requirement and tuned the cluster on both parametric level and field optimization. Execute the test for IBS for voice calling, video calling, PS384 and HSPA/HSPA+. Checked the site status from LMT and tracing. Neighbor addition from 2G to 3G and vice versa. For 2G swap - Planned the DT route for single site validation after swapping of BSC using Idle Mode test, Dedicated Mode test, MOS test and PS(EDGE/GPRS).
